Way to ruin my schedule prediction and hope for an Ireland game. Bills in Ireland would be so cool, Bills in London is as exciting as English food itself.

It's like most things, they aren't inherently dangerous, but they are to be respected as something that CAN hurt you. Others have pointed out situations that can hurt you even if you aren't being deliberately reckless. Particularly if it's not a well maintained, or a deliberately modified, example.

No Detroit mentions yet? They lost both coordinators and made no meaningful improvements to their roster, at best I would say their losses and gains in FA were a wash. And then there was their draft which I thought was awful with a lot of reaches. Taking a 1T who underperformed in college in the 1st round was bad value, then they reached for a guard in Tate Rutledge, then they used three 3rd round picks (their original 3rd rounder plus two future 3rds) to draft Teslaa who was seen as a 6th or 7th round option. They still have an extremely talented offense and Hutchinson will hopefully come back fully healthy, but I don't know how you can say their team has gotten better. With the coordinator losses I'd say on the whole they got significantly worse.

Elijah Moore Visiting the Bills today (Update: Signed!)
SoCal Deek replied to bills742's topic in The Stadium Wall
I find this place to be interesting. Do I like this signing? Sure! Why not? Would it have made a difference in the Bills making it to the Super Bowl last year? Nope! Will it this year? Probably not, unless Moore catches the damn ball when the AFC Championship Game is on the line. Period. -

What did he do to earn the alleged neutering? His wit? Good one! -

Why would I be upset by this? I said I loved the pick. And I still do. The campaign team made the baffling decision to neuter him and take away his wit.   -
Thanks, maybe I’ll do that tonight with the wife. I was just flipping around and came across 3 Days To Kill with Hailee and Kevin Costner so I’m getting my first taste now.

Not happy, just like buffalo man and his group, but over $100 000 in cash secretly deposited in amounts under $10,000 to avoid reporting is not $25 donation. Then trump meets with the leader, but no one else from Canada...hmmmm I recall how maga went wild when Sleepy Joes kid when he had meetings, etc etc. Look, trump builds the flames, we know that, just another of his diplomacy mistakes, or if not a mistake...then Putinist type proclamations. We shall see in the next month. It is Canadians jobs to deal with in family squabbles, in a free country, not for foreign interference...like maga accuses China of doing.

Elijah Moore Visiting the Bills today (Update: Signed!)
HappyDays replied to bills742's topic in The Stadium Wall
I watched some game reels yesterday from his time with Cleveland and there were definitely some targets he could have come down with. Here's a good sample game that I posted earlier in the thread: Some of the targets are absolutely uncatchable, but there are a couple that a bigger more physically gifted WR would have come down with. But we're talking about the 5th WR on the depth chart so as long as he can get some decent separation and catch passes that hit him between the numbers he'll be worth his roster spot. If Samuel ever gets injured which feels inevitable Moore can step in and do some of the same things. -

He’s out due to a hoax? -
This is pretty much my take as well. Beane definitely came in hot, and that's not a good look for an NFL GM. And it was very out of character for him, which is notable. I'm sure he regrets getting angry on the air, but ultimately if he'd stayed calm the core message wouldn't have changed. (Just the tone and phrasing.) On the DJ side, they were obviously very surpised that Beane came in hot - which makes sense because again, that's very out of character for Beane. I initially gave them somewhat of a pass on the "he chose violence" talk afterwards, because while it came across as whiny and thin-skinned, it was in the moment. But apparently they kept milking that angle for a couple days after? If so, that's bush league. I will say that all parties did a good job of defusing the situation and eventually getting to a place of productive conversation.

Bro you were touting this as the best choice in the history of vp's. What happened? -
I don't know about doing the SAME thing... There is planning... and then there is execution. Browns bringing in a number of players for a QB competition... good plan. Settling on Watson, Flacco, Pickett, Gabriel, Sanders to fill out your QB room... Brownsiest execution ever. The biggest point of interest will be which happens first, Sanders getting cut for being (or Neon poppa being) an intolerable pain in the ass or Joe Flacco's arm literally falling off. Unless they're hell bent on picking their actual QB in the next draft... then assembling this collection of schmucks may actually be next level execution.

how I see it today. Money and draft capital investments by McBeane indicate their plan. Shakir - primarily slot - lead the team in targets Coleman - Most snaps in all sets Y/X - 3rd in targets - red zone option Kincad - 3/4 primary TE 2nd in targets - red zone option Palmer - 2nd in snaps X/Y outside and Samuel/Moore Samuel/Moore rotation 5th/6th snaps Moore 3rd outside rotating with Coleman/Palmer 2nd slot behind Shakir and gadget backfield. Moore will be the primary backup to Coleman and Palmer and sprinkle in when they rest. Samuel will be the primary backup to Shakir and Kincad when they go 3/4 WR -
the median income pays no where near the lifetime tax amount you posted. it's purposefully misleading like so many maga narrative`. the majority of tax revenue is provided by the top 10% from my link above For example, the top 20 percent of Americans earn 52 percent of the total U.S. income, but pay 87 percent of total income tax [source: Saunders]
