It's not the b2b sneak calls for me; it's putting your linemen at an incremental disadvantage due to ZERO adjustment or alteration. EVERY human on the football-watching planet knew what play was coming and where it was going. Sure seems like the D has the snap-count/cadence dialed in, too. You have to adjust to realities on the field. The Chiefs were cheating to the Bills situational tendencies in ways Brady and Allen didn't effectively exploit when it mattered most.

I think I agree with this 100%. Maybe Shaq Thompson and/or Chase Lundt don't make the initial roster in favor of some other late riser(s)? Who knows. But in general, couldn't agree more. Especially appreciate your recognition that both Lewis and Hancock, respectively, represent the Bills current and future invaluable NCB/S position flex. Taron Johnson gets banged up. Our safeties get banged up. Gotta have these guys in the wings. We should anticipate that the Bills will use at least 1 or 2 PUP or IR (designated to return) exceptions in order to hang onto the 54th/55th guys, who would actually represent the 56th/57th ranked players when you account for the PED bros. Is it crazy to suggest Hairston red-shirts the first 4ish games on PUP or IR? Curtis Samuel seems like another candidate for roster manipulation. *this all assumes injuries don't make decisions for us, like they apparently did with Spector.

My minor contribution to this topic is that I just can't see Olufoshio making the team. I'm intrigued by both Keonta Jenkins and Jimmy Ciarlo. He put up impressive numbers at his pro day with a 40-yard dash in 4.58 seconds, three-cone drill in 7.18 seconds, 34.5” vertical jump and 9’10” broad jump. He bench-pressed 225 pounds a total of nine times." Ciarlo was one of Army's Captains. "Ciarlo signed with the Jets after going undrafted in the 2024 NFL Draft. He was not invited to the NFL Scouting Combine, but he displayed solid athleticism at Army’s Pro Day. Great place to go in the summer and take the kids. I live in Pittsford, so it's basically about 8 minutes away and we go there at least a few times every year. The East Side and Pittsford in particular, is a beautiful area.

Love me some Reggie Gilliam. STs stalwart and provides FB/H-back/TE flex on offense. Now, if the Bills DO roster 3 TEs (instead of usual 2) as many are anticipating, a guy like Gilliam could potentially be at risk. But I think he's such a solid 4-down player and maybe more valuable to McD's roster vision than we want to admit.

Pittsford Dairy is a huge draw in the summer months, with lines well out of the front door. Worth the wait in line for the ice cream, and they sell some amazing gourmet baked goods inside, too including the best biscotti. If you like ice cream and come to ROC, Abbotts has awesome frozen custard, and Lugia's in Spencerport has ice cream cones served so tall, they could be on the Flintstones lol

I guess the tiers are close to being right. The top 5 is probably the top 5 legitimately. Mahomes, Burrow, JA17, and Lamar are clearly the cream of the crop. People can argue the order if they want, but they are the best. I don't know if I would put Purdy and Love in tier 2, but they are middle of the pack QB's. The rest are the rest.

The main difference between Burrows and Allen/Mahomes is that Burrows is less inclined to do creative things with his legs. For Allen and Mahomes, that makes for an extra dimension that is really hard on defenses. Another thread reported that Jamar Chase said the difference between Allen and Burrows is that teams have to game plan for Allen.

No idea how Stafford made it into the top tier. There's a pretty large gap after Allen/Mahomes/Jackson/Burrow. Whatever order you want to put those guys in, they are a clear cut above the rest of the league.
