To be fair, most people don’t even have “good” clothes anymore. I’m not even sure how to define dress clothes anymore. Most business environments are casual these days, especially for the millennial generation and younger. I do understand there is a next level of trashy also, but you can’t change the airport without changing society as a whole in that case. Everyone has a credit card, therefore the ability to travel.
