  1. Past hour
  2. To my recollection, they're not that similar. Moulds' timed speed probably wasn't much faster, mid 4.5s or so, but otherwise, he was freakishly athletic. Instant acceleration and short area quickness to generate separation, elite contact balance, play strength, and general RAC ability, with good enough on field speed to be a vertical threat downfield. And he played with an attitude to match. I don't think Keon rises much above average in any of those areas and maybe isn't even that in a couple. In fairness to Keon, though, that's a tough comparison for anyone to win. There is no doubt in my mind that Eric Moulds is the most talented WR the Bills have had in the 35 or so years I've been watching football. It's not particularly close, either.
  3. 14 points should win it for the Patriots.
  4. they've held 1 team to under 100 yards. 3 games went this way: 238, 189, 210. They twice gave up more running yards than passing yards. this isn't a couple real long breakaway runs.
  5. Mack Hollins had a choice to stay. They offered him a contract. He left.
  6. he did exactly that. he was filmed ripping up the team doctor after he left the tent. Daboll is an unusual moron--even for the Giants organization.
  7. A few years ago the Knicks had a guy named Jeremy Chin who had a hot streak and got 15 minutes of fame. They even had a slogan “Chinsanity”. Nobody even remembers him now. Skattebo is the latest in this lineage. If he weren’t playing for a NY team he’d be a big nothing. Enjoy it while it lasts kid.
  8. Ohhhhhhh, this is why the collective board is talking up Gabriel. Dude is not good. This just in - the Browns will sputter to another ugly loss.
  9. Just like Belichick would put 3/4 of his team as questionable every week
  10. This. We are not beating the Chiefs. Lose tomorrow and we are 4-4 and the Division hopes are pretty much gone. Hoping for the Browns to do something miraculous but not counting on it. Who would have thought that this Panthers game would be this massive.
  11. Bursting into the tent, screaming at Josh, reaming Tyrod Taylor, all come to mind. Daboll lets his emotions overtake him at times. He'd be better off if he could get that under control.
  12. he’s in club seats…. people move around and mingle in there probably
  13. I pity the poor guy who has to sit behind him. Ya pay all that money to go to a World Series game and a mountain is sitting right front of you! Sheeesh!
  14. I think this is the “is he ok” punishment, not the “you better clear him to play immediately or else” punishment this one is acknowledging the red line around the optics not that he was bullying doctors
  15. It’s not goalpost moving any more than your post. You have to look at the position players play. Football isn’t like the other sports. Players play completely different positions, and they rarely change. And, a lot depends on how strong the need is by the 32 NFL teams that particular year, and by how strong the Class of rookies was at that position that particular year. So yes, while a player may have been taken 170th in the overall draft order, he may have been the third or fourth best safety in the nation that year. (I’m not saying that was the case here, but the point still applies.) I hope that clarifies my earlier post.
  16. You are projecting onto everyone else your insecurities... You may want to talk to someone about it...
  17. Given what’s ahead of us and the Patriots* resurgence, if we lose tomorrow, we’re doomed.
  18. Today
  19. Meh. It was a mistake in the heat of the moment they'll learn from it, which is good, and hopefully it won't happen again. I think fines were appropriate in this case. A second offense would definitely warrant suspensions and draft picks
  20. He was replacement level last year too.
  21. I’ve said it here a million times. The last 4 years our offense has been championship caliber. Our defense has literally kept us from a championship because they don’t show up in big games and we get gashed by good running backs. How long until McDermott is called to the carpet and held accountable? Oh that’s right he won’t because his buddy is the GM and the owner doesn’t have a friggin clue about football. We are wasting a once in a lifetime QB’s window with bull crap defense with a scheme the current players cannot run. it is so frustrating to watch this shyt every $&@!ing year.
  22. Is it just me, or after a two game losing streak against pretty mediocre teams, and 36 or so hours before a road game, maybe I'd rather he wasn't at the World Series?
  23. It sure is nice to see the Sabres playing well…and beating Toronto is always fun to send their fans home in a surly mood. At least they had the Jays win to celebrate. This Lyon guy is a revelation.
