I posted elsewhere but: LAC - 8-4 - PHI, @KC, @DAL, HOU, @DEN - Absolutely brutal schedule - 10-7? Maybe? IND - 8-4 - @JAX, @SEA, SF, JAX, @HOU - Another tough slate - Also 10-7. JAX - 8-4 - IND, NYJ, @DEN, @IND, Tenn - Couple easy home games, 3 tough games - 11-6 best case which would probably take the division HOU - 7-5 - @KC, ARI, LVR, @LAC, IND - Couple easier games at home, but 3 tough games - 10-7 best case - indy week 18 might be win and in KC - 6-6 -HOU, LAC, @TEN, DEN, @LVR - Easy road games, and 3 teams they can beat at home - I'd guess 10-7 and if the loss is to denver they're very much in the mix. BAL - 6-6 - PIT, @CIN, NE, @GB, @PIT - 3 wins would get them to 9-8 PIT - 6-6 - @BAL, MIA, @DET, @CLE, BAL - Could see them splitting and both finishing 9-8, another interesting week 18 scenario.

A Few Thoughts about the Steelers Game - Community Edition
quincy replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes you have understood what I meant, he should be on the field for the most snaps as a TE. From what I understand Kincaid has never really excelled as an in line blocking TE although he has improved somewhat this year. I think whenever possible, Hawes should be the TE next to the RT. Next season could he be a 500 yard receiver? I would hope so, 30 yards a game should be an achievable target. I understand Hawes is slow, I think in our 2025 offense, the TE1 is the best blocker and TE2 the receiving threat. -

Thanks @muppy. Speculation that Josh's play has diminished, first off, is incorrect. Then, to extend that false narrative to wife-blaming only points to a poster's wharped life view. Simply celebrate the happy couple and go Bills. -
51-3 stomping out the Raiders. I was just a young little jerk, ya dig?

Don't need to tell me, I watched every game. Hardest Bills loss for me was the playoff game at the end of the 1980 season. Joe was positively heroic in that game and I felt so bad for him. But I don't put him in the category of "Royalty" - that's very subjective but that's where I draw the line.

Dalton Firstaid still not a full go, huh? Shocking -
Muttered wtf countless times watching my grandkids, caught in an out loud one by my 11 y.o. granddaughter recently. Mortified, I turned and babbled an apology, before I finished she said, it’s ok Daddy says it. Whew!

Today's Race in the Tennessee 7th
SCBills replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Real talk.. I live in Atlanta. I don’t deal with Somalians or Afghans or whatever. How does it affect me? I want right leaning politicians to run our government. Local, State and National. What is the #1 impediment to that? Foreign born voters. Specifically non-Latino foreign born voters from 3rd world countries who are wildly dependent upon government subsidies, assistance, housing etc. I see these people, growing in numbers, who make next to zero effort to assimilate. And I know that eventually a society breaks under such tribalism. Rapes are up in these areas. Violence up in these areas. Quality of life down in these areas. Have we not seen enough warning signs from Paris, London, Brussels etc? Do we need to see what happens in Ireland in the coming years before a society breaks? I want safe communities. Republicans prioritize that. I want a small business friendly climate. Trump is a mixed bag for some, but in general, Republicans prioritize that. I want sensible policy in regards to parenting and what children are exposed to in our school systems. I trust Republicans on that. The biggest threat to the values I hold aren’t necessarily foreign born people, although I’d say foreign born Muslims in large numbers are as Islam is a religion of dominance and cultural control. Its foreign born voters who are systematically reliant upon the government, therefore they become an imported Democrat voting base. Thus empowering a party that opposes the values and policy view I more often support. Mass migration is THE political issue our time. And who wins on this issue determines what party has a stranglehold on future local, state and nationwide policy. You frame it in a clownish way, as many on the left do, to avoid the fact you know this is all political. You wouldn’t give af about these people if we had years of overloading the system with right leaning white people from European, South African and Russian countries. Id love to see white liberals simp for Korean and Japanese folks. 20-something year Asian women and Japanese men who are more conservative than a redneck in Alabama. They wouldn’t.. they’d be marching in the streets to remove them. The switch up would be QUICK. -

The #1 Key To Buffalo Going On A Playoff Run
DrDawkinstein replied to iwishitwerecolder's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'd honestly rather have the 7th seed and get the Broncos and then Patriots. Both are young, inexperienced teams. Bo Nix WILL fall apart in the playoffs again. And while I think Vrabel has McD's number, I'll take our playoff experience over the Patriots. Side note: I love the Patritos typo. I hope they are moving to Mexico. -
Best Post Ever Thanks for this

I am not sure that is even true though. They played well v Miami despite the O constantly putting them in a hole. They played well v New England. They played fine against the Steelers. Have they been good enough in games we have been eliminated? No. But equally other than the 13 second game I am not sure the O has either. Particularly the last two years.

The #1 Key To Buffalo Going On A Playoff Run
Mark80 replied to iwishitwerecolder's topic in The Stadium Wall
It won't matter what seed we are unless we win the division (which I still believe is possible). We will need to go on the road to beat all the higher seeds to make it to the SB if we don't win the division. It doesn't matter who we have to play first. -
Tyrell Shavers and blocking as a WR
Joe Mama replied to Bufffalo_Bills_NH's topic in The Stadium Wall
Was kinda thinking the same, but he would have to add 50-60 pounds. Peters actually lost weight from college days. Maybe guard or center. -
The problem is in a big spot (playoffs) they don't play well. Only two times I can remember the defense playing well. The first playoff game after the streak was broken. Lost 10-3 at Jacksonville with Taylor as the QB. The Ravens game from the covid years where they had a 100-yard pick 6 and won 17-3. The other playoff games the defense hasn't played well highlighted by 13 seconds.

2025 Bills are similar to which Superbowl champion?
BillsShredder83 replied to Kelly to Allen's topic in The Stadium Wall
None. Man yall have short memories lol we beat a pretty bad team. We looked decent, but Im not falling for it. Remember how we looked vs KC (who isnt their normal selves, but probably isnt as bad as they look right now either) ? Remember how they looked immediately after? I do NOT expect a similar looking flop this week, as that last set up.... but theyve shown me who they are repeatedly this year. I'm not going to ignore it. Im actually proud at the defense who appears to be trending back upwards... but Im not buying in on them until I've seen it consistently. The offense? Still pretty wretched, for their standards. Anybody thinking we can win with last week's offense another 9x's in a row is delusional. They've showed us 12x's what their passing game is this season. We will continue to be an above average run team, with ZERO ability to move the ball with our WR's. Way to incomplete of a team to compete... i still believe the best thing that could happen for us is missing the playoffs. At minimum we need a serious talent infusion..... but at minimum, limping into playoffs does not bode well for us making a Coaching and GM change... nor does it convince me they'll do anything drastic to try and get Super Bowl contender type coordinators in house... INSANE TBH -
Check his stats. And his numbers were depressed because in the mid-70s they were OJ dominant. Fergy was a top QB in the league for a number of years.
-
Im willing to go with the numbers. My playing with the playoff machine it felt dicier than that. I ran about 5 versions the other night we made it twice and missed 3 times with just wins v CLE and NYJ.

New England, certainly in the 2nd dynasty, were more a Bills build than a Ravens build too.
