McD needs to be fired, he is horrible

This game was more about not being able to stop the Dolphins run game and not getting the Buffalo run game going.

As much as I was ready to move on from McD I cant fault him anymore. The roster is devoid of elite talent and that’s on Beane. Pegula is not getting rid of Beane or McD so the Bills are essentially in quicksand.

I do not believe that the players are soft. I think that they have a roster full of pros who care. But I don’t disagree that the roster, right now, isn’t strong. They invested heavily in defense, but defense has been decimated by injuries. Of course, to make those investments they had to divert resources from offense. I actually thought that was a good plan, but it hasn’t had a chance to work due to the injuries. They certainly have overestimated the talent that they have on offense, especially at Wr and that is killing them now. Kincaid can’t stay healthy and he is their only viable weapon beyond Allen and Cook.

Like I said before the season if they don’t win it all this year they need to go a different route on the head coach. That may mean Beane has to go also but we will see how the rest of the year plays out. Im just not seeing enough emotion from this team consistently. Other than the Baltimore game and Chiefs game they have seemed flat the whole year. Or maybe they are just waiting until the playoffs because the regular season bores them. Whatever it is it is bad.

If the wheels come off… and after today that’s a distinct possibility… Beane shouldn’t be the person doing the looking. This organization needs a fresh start before it’s too late.

I would not be opposed to terminating Keon Coleman's contract this week and seeing who we can poach from a practice squad. He's just such a negative every play he's on the field even if it's not targeted at him.

People blaming Allen don’t know ball. He had to go “hero mode” starting at the beginning of the 3rd quarter. It is the only way the Bills started to actually move the ball on offense. So, he had 2 turnovers while literally carrying the team on his back, big deal. The alternative would have been zero turnovers, and also no first downs or points at all (what we had in the first half). When nothing on offense is working that is what a great QB looks like trying to manufacture offense. Most QBs can’t even do that.

Problem is we are never healthy

Nobody is blowing up anything. McD might be hiring a passing game coordinator though. Joe Brady is like Daboll when his run game plan isn't working he goes to a pass game that doesn't work.
