It did. I have no problem with the TO on 3rd/7. And I'd ahve no problem with the TO on 2nd down if it was 2nd/long. And I'd have no problem with the TO on 2nd/5 if Miami was down closer to the 10yrd line. But with it being only 2nd/5 and with the ball being out around the 25 with plenty of room to operate, I think that gamble accomplishes nothing but giving a helping hand up to an inferior team.
