It doesn’t represent trans people as a whole. But the radicals are really radical. They have been a part of or directly involved in violence at a high volume the last few years and they are a new movement. Children aren’t even hands off. And we need to stop with this political correctness. These people have mental illnesses. They legitimately dress up like hybrid clowns, some think they are animals and they believe in sexual exploration with anything, including children. No, that’s not hyperbolic. There is a LGBTQ group that is campaigning to add P for pedophile because we should not shame anyone attracted to children. She gave an example, live on the radio, Nigeria’s age of consent is 11….basically they do it we can too.

But people commit crimes while simultaneously holding all kinds of beliefs. Correlation is not causality. Many tens of thousands of catholic priests sexually molested young children. We don't extend blame to all Catholics or condemn the entire religion. We hopefully find and eliminate the criminal activity. There isn't anything inherently violent about believing some people can change gender. My fear is that some people make the connection that all of a group of people are guilty of something they are not guilty of. And the result is that they become vulnerable to violence themselves.

We won both games.

Josh will be wearing a visor this week
Sierra Foothills replied to UConn James's topic in The Stadium Wall
I wore a visor when I played ice hockey... hated it. This was the early days of visors and it distorted the vision and between the sweat, fogging, and scratches, it was really no good. We had the option of wearing a cage instead and I should have done that but was really trying not to spend money on equipment at the time. Yeah, there's an upside and a downside to wearing a tinted visor. -
9/14/25 Week 2 GAMEDAY Bills @Jets post game Thread
Wacka replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
At least they will score more than last week. Did he have the concussion from the start of the game? -
Teams, if they arent already, will be to the wiser when providing any information to Brady/his network. I don't think Brady is sophisticated enough to gain any sort of competitive advantage over this. He is not a wizard.

United Health Care Exec Assassinated in NYC

This is how one turns the attention away from their own dumbassery. Or at least attempts to. Instead of “one”, I should have gone with “everyone”. No need to be accurate, right? Any luck on the “many here, obviously” from yesterday? -

I think this is a big game for the TE’s

He had a setback last year. I'm giving him to later in the year to show what he is capable of. The "everyone eats" is real and players are not being showcased as heavy as in other schemes. -
I would say Hammer's Lot as everyone else will. It is just south (as in next to) the new stadium. If the game is a 1 get there 7-7:30, 8 at the latest. The TBD group parks at the SE corner of his lot. Put a paper with TBD in your window and they will direct you to that corner. Abbott Rd closes completely about 8:30 between Hammers and Southwestern.Come from 20A to Abbott. Hammer's is where Pinto Ken is with his ketchup and mustard show.

This is not a criticism of you, Max... your comment reminded me that it's a popular parlor game here to criticize D-linemen who aren't going full throttle in pursuit. The most recent Bills target of this criticism was Von Miller but even HOFer Bruce Smith was accused of dialing down on his pursuit on extended plays. Bosa isn't either ancient or huge but he is 30 years old and 280 pounds. Most of the time the player knows better than the fan, how to apportion the energy that's in his tank. You're right. There was a handful of people on this site who were repeating the message before the opener that the Ravens matchup came at a bad time... a power offense with a set identity against a smallish defense with lots of new parts that didn't play many snaps together in the preseason. It's really a beautiful thing that we won week one.

Yes, the left is starting to catch up to the right in being unhinged and violent. Of course it matters, what matters to me is that both sides start pointing the finger at themselves instead of the other side. That's when change can actually happen. When both sides are aware and acknowledge they are part of the problem. No argument from me about Biden either, agree. Him and Trump are their own blatant crime syndicates. As are their handlers for covering up both's dementia creep in office.

Hey old guys, it's my turn and I want some advice...
SoTier replied to Just Jack's topic in Off the Wall
I just had mine today, three years after my last one because the doctor found and removed a polyp the last time. I'm clean this time, so I can have another one in 5 years. I'm not sure if I will have another one since I'll be 80 then, I have no family history of colon cancer, and have no polyps. It's not recommended for elderly people who don't have family history, polyps or any symptoms because the risks of having the procedure frequently outweigh the benefits of early detection. If you have a family history of colon cancer, cologuard is probably not a good choice in place of the colonoscopy. -
Danny Dimes shredded the dolphins "defense" Did see this thread Here's the bets I'm thinking about for Thursday vs Dolphins (gonna bet all 3) Palmer over 33.5 yards Kincaid over 30.5 yards Coleman over 41.5 yards +600. $10 pays $70 Allen over 1.5 TDs Palmer TD Palmer over 33.5 Ty Johnson over 12.5 yards rushing Allen over 234.5 yards passing +1100 $10 pays $120 If we add ty Johnson anytime TD +5000 $10 pays $510 Kincaid over 29.5 yards Cook over 11.5 receiving yards Boss over 0.5 sacks Knox anytime TD Coleman anytime TD +7500. $10 pays $760 On this one, I can change Coleman and Kincaid and the odds remain the same for anytime TD I'm debating on my second bet if I want to add that ty Johnson anytime And on the third bet, I'm debating on Coleman or Kincaid. Leaning Coleman cause the final DBs are trash 1st bet I feel really good about Thoughts? What's your bills SGP? Or what about NFL bets in general this weekend?

Bosa looks and sounds happy. If he can get through an entire season. I'd offer a contract
-
Yeah, ain’t that a thing? I doubt Tua, unless one of the boys gives him another concussion from sack which is likely. Not that I want that to happen as I never wish injuries on a player. The HC and GM are dead men walking as it’s just a matter of what week. Their bye isn’t til week 12.

THE ROCKPILE REVIEW – “How Does It Feel to Have a Quarterback?”
GaryPinC replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall
Totally agree, I'd just add if it's done properly it should be done respectfully. But perceptions of respectful are admittedly subjective, and this also is a business. You can shift the culture a bit because that is firmly established. Getting young players real game experience in non-critical points of the second half to see if they can contribute later in the season. Injuries are forever a problem and reason to filter in new talent. Coaches can talk to established players one-on-one about what they need to see more of before cycling in younger players. McDermott seems to be making this shift on defense finally, in one of his preseason pressors he mentioned to the effect that the starters aren't as ready as he'd like them but he was going to put them in and play through it anyways. I would also guess Damar Hamlin could run that defense better than Bishop but everyone can see Hamlin is not the answer as a starter. That's what we need, we aren't trying to establish a consistent level of play, we're trying to find the right mix of talent and playmaking to win a Superbowl. -
Maybe I'm getting soft in my old age but I hope it doesn't end to his career. I want him to have the ability to grow old with his family and not have to drink through a straw.
