  1. Past hour
  2. Right on. We can compare each position, but at the end, Allen is the X factor. There's no math with the way he plays. Sometimes, i even take it for grant.
  3. Jacksons excuse in the presser was he seen the fan slap Dhops helmet which is why he retaliated. Fans slap their own teams helmet all the time when they score and celebrate by the crowd. If you're the opposing team and you celebrate near the fans, its fair game to get your helmet slapped. Hope they slap Jackson with something hefty for that comment
  4. The later 2 point conversion pass to Coleman also was incomplete, after the DB mugged him thoroughly. Isn't DPI or holding allowed to be called on conversion tries? Maybe it was better that the conversion failed. The Ravens still had a two point lead and they thought they could just run out the clock, which didn't work and the Bills got the ball back. If the game had been tied at 40, the Ravens would have spent the rest of the game trying to score, and maybe they're the ones who kick the winning FG at the end.
  5. Every time something like this happens (well, nothing exactly like this has happened, but there have been a LOT of weirdly good things) and the Bills pull through it and the fans go berserk, there are NFL FAs out there who figure they want a piece of that too. I'm not saying they'll sign with the Bills for cheap, but some of them will give up a few nickels and dimes to be part of this team. This one is for Joey Bosa: https://www.google.com/search?q=1970s+rockers+welcome+to+the+party&sca_esv=f6511093bb828960&sxsrf=AE3TifO8-e6js46OIJSigQKD5yj9EqlnCQ%3A1757409671799&source=hp&ei=h_G_aMfcLq3liLMPxZXD0Qs&iflsig=AOw8s4IAAAAAaL__l1i7PLKfVmkzFp1S2txqtKGHMV7O&oq=1970s+rockers+welcome+to+&gs_lp=Egdnd3Mtd2l6IhkxOTcwcyByb2NrZXJzIHdlbGNvbWUgdG8gKgIIAzIFECEYoAEyBRAhGKABMgUQIRigATIFECEYoAEyBRAhGKABMgUQIRirAjIFECEYqwJI7EhQAFidNXAAeACQAQCYAY8CoAH2F6oBBjEyLjkuNLgBAcgBAPgBAZgCGaAC3xjCAgsQABiABBixAxiDAcICDhAuGIAEGLEDGNEDGMcBwgIFEAAYgATCAggQABiABBixA8ICCBAuGIAEGLEDwgILEC4YgAQYsQMY1ALCAg4QLhiABBixAxiDARiKBcICCxAuGIAEGLEDGIMBwgILEC4YgAQYxwEYrwHCAgQQABgDwgIOEAAYgAQYsQMYgwEYigXCAgIQJsICBhAAGBYYHsICCxAAGIAEGIYDGIoFwgIIEAAYgAQYogTCAgUQIRifBZgDAJIHBjkuMTIuNKAHg5sBsgcGOS4xMi40uAffGMIHCTAuMTAuMTQuMcgHUg&sclient=gws-wiz#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:d6e801d0,vid:LNLqK3BjE8k,st:0 OK so this is older than Bosa, but I'll bet his parents liked this.
  6. Screw up by McDermott too as he should have challenged the spot. Obvious challenge
  7. The Bills cleverly let the Ravens score quickly for most of the game so the Bills defenders would remain rested late in the game. (/s). In contrast the Bills ran over 70 offensive plays, in a Week 1 game when the players aren't all fully conditioned yet, so the Ravens defense was gassed at the end. Another view of complementary football, but not one I think McDermott will buy.
  8. Today
  9. If I was retired with 82 million in earnings and didn't have to get up for work, I'd definitely stay.
  10. I have this old Tiger Cat named Tigger at my Dad's house (where I watch the games with him and my brother). He'll oddly often fall asleep for most of the game, but come awake at the end. During one of the many games we've pulled out at the end, I made the joke that he charged up his "Tiggy Powers" and then willed the Bills to victory at the end. Last night, he did the same thing. He was awake at the beginning of the game, then fell asleep on the couch. When things were looking bleak, my brother joked "he better do some serious charging". Just before the Derrick Henry fumble, I noticed him stir, get up, and look at the TV. I looked over at my brother, pointed to the cat, and said "he's done charging up!". The rest was history. Tiggy powers, man 😆
  11. … live with their decision, and the FOMO they’re going to have to deal with as a result.
  12. Love this team and how much they love each other. Special times.
  13. Prior to the game, planned on leaving at half time regardless of the score. Wife was cold and that cemented our decision to leave. I pay for my seasons, so I can do whatever I want. I could go party in the lot and leave. I could leave after the first 5 minutes. All my choice. I’d like to know how many people on this thread that are complaining actually went to the game? Have seasons, or had season tix?
  14. Now under this scenario also imagine if the murderer was heard saying immediately after the murder: "I got that black girl. got that black girl"
  15. I left and would make the same call 100 out of 100. Sunday night, big week at work, kids up early and a 2% win chance. it had nothing to do with 17. Our D showed zero bite all game and I had no faith in them. I've had seasons for 20 years and this is the only time I have guessed wrong. There's a huge difference getting home at 12 vs 2. I get that it's easy for those not there to criticize, but now that we are good and have so many night games, you really have to run your own race.
  16. The Bills defended the run much better when Williams was out. I know people love the idea of him because he is big and can hit but the next time he plays his right gap in the run game will be the first....
  17. Agreed. I listened to Jeremy and Joe yesterday saying "what are the linebackers and DBs supposed to do? The front has to stop him" and thought you guys really have even less clue what you are watching than I thought. Our gap control was atrocious and the majority of it was linebackers and safeties not filling their gaps. Would some of the DTs other than Oliver getting off a block once in a while have helped too? Sure. But it was primarily loss of gap control on Henry's big runs. I think every drive the Ravens didn't score a touchdown on Ed Oliver had a critical play to get them off the field.
  18. A hot dog at an Atlanta Falcons game typically costs $2, the lowest price in the NFL, due to the stadium's "fan-friendly" concession pricing model implemented by owner Arthur Blank. These affordable prices, which also include $2 sodas and $3 waffle fries, are part of a larger strategy to prioritize the fan experience over maximizing profits on food and beverages.
  19. Thank You. There were people around us filing out with over 7 minutes left. I was completely stunned. You're going to leave the last home opener at the old stadium?? And don't give me this "I have to work in the morning" crap. You damn well weren't leaving if the score was tied. You lost hope, so just man up and admit it. I'm so glad Josh called them out. I don't ever want to hear this "greatest fan base" garbage again. The fans were a complete embarrassment - from throwing crap on the field at players, to actually physically interacting with players, and then leaving early like Patriot fans. If these are the clowns that get filtered out with the new stadium pricing then that's all for the better.
  20. The interesting thing is Lamar didn't deserve the MVP when he got it, you could make the argument he should have got it last year but Allen is truly the most valuable player to his team especially last year. Lamar has the running ability but as far as passing I would be hard pressed to find a passer of Allen's ability. The last 7 minutes of that Ravens game was surgical.
  21. If it was Tom Brady, death penalty.
  22. When we first drafted him, I started going over his college tape to get a bead on him. When he arrived at Florida State from Michigan, his very first catch as a Seminole went for a touchdown. That’s a pretty big deal, and all his teammates ran into the end zone to celebrate with him. As he was celebrating, out of the corner of his eye, he saw the ref approaching the ball. Keon stopped what he was doing, and quickly reached down for the ball, and handed it to the ref. It was just a small courtesy, but I thought it spoke volumes to his character. It was utterly second nature for him, but at such a huge moment in his life. He’s a guy you love to root for.
