I think the defense has underachieved in the playoffs, definitely. Equally in 2019 the offense puking all over itself up 16 and turning the ball over was a big part of the collapse. And neither side of the ball played well in the 2020 AFCCG. 2021 was totally on defense. 2022 both sides of the ball. 2023 and 2024 defense bad but offense had the ball at the end chance to win and couldn't get it done both times. But the regular season defense has, despite your protestations, been good until the last year and a half. If you want to knock the last year and a half be my guest. But if you have watched every snap of the era and say the defense has only had about 5 good games you are lying.

Dalton Kincaid Hamstring Injury (Week to Week per Jordan Schultz)

It's more like ... O bleak. (Pa-dum, ting) -
Not sure either of those sources are any better than us throwing crap at the wall here on the board. Especially with the specific wording "expected to have interest". Great way of saying nothing.

When all you have to do is load up against our run game and go after allen, his sack numbers are going to go up
-
There are too many bad losses to choose just one.
-
appears to me that Allen is being instructed not to run sometimes. He did not run once in the first half against Miami, seemed to be leashed. They are trying to make force JA into the role of pocket passer. they let him run in the second half. He needs to go when he smells an opening, and is hanging in to long. They are messing w his style. This doesn't in any way oppose the argument the the wideouts are weak as a group. shakir is fine, after that not much. Coleman is big, not fast, and unreliable. He snagged one td yesterday and had another one he couldn't get to on the deflection. Those contested balls were supposed be his thing, but that isn't working out.
-
I would normally agree with you. But Yesterday was really bad. I have been watching the All-22. Usually, when I do that, I see an opposing defense that made some good plays. That's what I saw when I looked at the Pats and Falcons games. So I wasn't so down. But what I see here is: A Bills team that wouldn't stop running into packed boxes A bunch of WRs who either can't get open or take too long to get open An OC who isn't scheming the WRs open. He also telegraphs with personnel grouping when the team is running or passing. A QB who refuses to throw into NFL tight windows. Too many times he took the checkdown from clean pockets before waiting for the play to develop downfield. The offense was a cluster from the start of the game. It looked like they didn't prrepare at all. And when they finally got rolling, they turned the ball over in brutal fashion. I can't take anything positive from it. We'll have to see how they respond, but that was one ugly game.
-
As a consultant IMO would be a really great addition for the offense and Josh especially
-
I could understand that strategy if he was actually good at drafting players, but he's not. Not even Cooper moved the needle much.
-
I know one of the criticisms against him was how he (didn’t) run the ball when he was in buffalo he had Devin singletary and Zach moss

Okay, whatever. He's a genius.
-
Instead of cutting Samuel we should be starting him. Get Colman off the field and give him to the guy that can actually play in this league
-
The Bucs are 6-3 just like the Bills. I am not saying it won't be a tough game because it probably will be. But let's not make them out to be the dynasty Patriots teams when we all knew the Bills had no chance. Plus, aren't the Bucs dealing with a bunch of injuries as well.

I want what you’re smoking -
More hype than substance because he isn't instantly winning with a crappy college roster compared to winning with an elite NFL QB? Come on man, you are better than that. Judging him off his first season at a rebuilding college program that isn't a football powerhouse to begin with is pretty silly.

i’m seeing a lot of coverage sacks against Allen which is directly the result of bad receivers.

This regime is bad at picking offensive coordinators
RkFast replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Totally. Hes defintely got good qualifications and is an up and coming offensive coach in the league. Im just saying this org, with this QB, is firmly in a "win now" mindset and I think they can no longer look to unproven commodities. They just dont have the time to see if an unproven coach "works out" or not. -
OC? Should get him in as the HC. A lot of growing pains will be eliminated. Josh knows his system inside and out. Maybe he could possibly swing for Nabers to come here.

I got a pocket, got a pocketful of sunshine I got a love and I know that it's all mine, oh, oh-oh Do what you want, but you're never gonna break me Sticks and stones are never gonna shake me, oh, oh-oh Take me away (Take me away) A secret place (A secret place) A sweet escape (A sweet escape) Take me away (Take me away)

I don't know about that, this team will still be the favorite more often than not. Whether they are SB caliber team is certainly in question after this week - but if this was a one week league, then we would have been Super Bowl champs the week before. So yeah, the one week evaluation isn't very reliable other.
-
With multiple Bills players saying the 2-7 Dolphins wanted it more than the 1 seed chasing Bills, maybe they can muster up the focus to care about the Bucs since they’re actually a decent team.

The narratives here are interesting. Both teams are 6-3, coming off a loss. We lost to the lowly Dolphins, but the Bucs lost at home. So both will be desperate for a win. I would watch with great interest if I were a neutral fan.
