  2. I say it because he has had a very sketchy start here imo. No matter what you think of his off the field issue, it is real and an issue. He is hurt and will not be on the field to start the season, he was drafted to be the starter and have white guiding him through the season. Now white who is always hurt is penciled in as the starter. its a bad situation. If he comes back like week 7 and plays lights out then none of it will have mattered I guess if the team is playing well. If he basically ends up red shirted because of this its a major blow to a team that has serious issues in its defense and used its most valuable resource on him. This will be back to back years they took a player they hoped would step right in and start in the secondary who end up hurt and miss camp and will not be what they expected during the year. Those are big blows to a team. Its unfortunate but its reality. this is a major issue for a team trying desperately to find a way to get over the hump. its a long season, hopefully he will be back at some point and help the team.
  3. Current unis with red helmet are elite. Madden combo for years.
  4. I think it goes without saying that Caleb had a disappointing rookie season (I don't think it's an especially hot take to say he was the 4th or 5th best among the 5 first rounders last year) and has a lot to prove in Year 2. Having said that, so much of what Cowherd says here is misleading or just flat out laughable. The description for Tier 4 in Mike Sando's rating system is "unproven" OR "veterans that should not start all 17 games". The former is why all of the 2nd year QBs, including Jayden Daniels, received Tier 4 votes. Some of the voters take the tier descriptions very seriously and it stands to reason that every young QB needs to prove themselves across multiple seasons. Having said that, even if the tier descriptions were not provided and people were just given the assignment of listing the QBs across 5 tiers, having Caleb in Tier 3 or 4 makes sense. Having said that, it's entirely possible Cowherd didn't actually read the article about the rankings and simply didn't know specific guidelines like that were provided. The idea that sitting the starting QB in the preseason is abnormal is simply a joke and this is a point that Cowherd knows he's just making up. Starting QBs are rested in preseason all the freaking time including this past week. For reference, across Ben Johnson's three years as OC in Detroit, his starting QB appeared in one preseason game. He just doesn't believe in it. Lastly, I'm sorry, but the idea that Caleb was not the Bears' 1st choice when they literally had the #1 pick in the draft is just a joke. If they actually liked one of the other QBs more but felt like they had to take Caleb, they should just fold up shop and let the NFL put a 32nd team somewhere else.
  5. It would be so in line with Brandon Beane and the Bills org to drop the new contract at 8:30 tonight, taking all the wind out of the sails for the hard knocks episode that'll undoubtedly feature the holdout as a story line.
  6. Why do you say this? He has yet to play a game as a Bill. Injuries happen, and I’m just glad this one wasn’t more severe. His missed time in college was mostly due to an infection, I believe, and not any fault of his. I wish he as getting reps now, but it seems far too early for me to judge.
  7. You are so easily mislead with fake numbers. https://www.police1.com/union/union-d-c-police-commander-was-involved-in-altering-crime-statistics-prior-to-suspension
  8. Listed as a cornerback depending on where you look. Small but very athletic. Undrafted in 2018... 3 star recruit who played 4 years at Vanderbilt.
  9. You might get to see that actually. Time to take down the criminals and the pedos. Epstein list! Waiting. (don't worry it's coming)
  10. Dems have lost the plot. They need to Epstein harder.
  11. And also, when you are in a group of players, running backs, that have become the most underpaid in the league, makes little sense to give another discount. I think Beane gets it, cannot let this hang over the Bills in this very promising season, especially considering it is one of the most vital players in the entire roster, and Josh Allen's best friend on the field. He helped lead the Bills to the most balanced scoring offense in the history of the NFL. I keep missing the mark, but a deal today or tomorrow, and likely already done, or cannot imagine Cook out there, risking everything he has worked so hard for in his life.
  12. Now you got me wondering if anyone's ever put kale in ice cream. We're not too far from Gilroy, CA which is the self-dubbed "Garlic Capitol of the World" and they have garlic ice cream for the Garlic Festival... which was resurrected this year for the first time since the shooting back in... 2020? Anyways, garlic ice cream... haven't tried it yet.
  13. well, were letting trump commit crimes with impunity... so, your answer is yes, militarize 1/2 US cities...
  14. There are lots of teams with great/elite QBs who don't get to the superbowl every year. Only one team has gone to a SB and lost four times in a row. It's unquestionably a bigger "failure". I don't really think either are failures though.
  15. I wouldn’t expect you to be able to figure it out Support a welfare net. Republican policies increase homelessness
  16. It would be kinda funny if Stafford fell off a stage.
  17. I thought you were going to say you woke up surrounded by flame
  18. What's the alternative? Keep letting people commit crimes? I believe this administration doesn't care about your feelings.
