  3. Spent all my formative years in Rochester. As I always say, it's a good place to be "from." During the 60s and 70s, your father and your friend's fathers worked at Kodak and the area thrived in the post-war boom...when I left in 1985, the Big Yellow Box employed 55,000 Flower City residents...now it's down to a trickle of that but Rochester has seemed to bounce back relatively well from the glory days of manufacturing. I keep in tune to some of the community pages on social, and as others have said, look to the eastern suburbs for a better, and safer, quality of life.
  4. Guarantee as much money as you can, make it 3yrs 40 mil and move on.

  6. I don't think I said that, but...the second option can be just as helpful to your offense. Cook's explosiveness is a big asset and why I agree that he's worth a little more than Kyren Williams is. Williams isn't the usage comp, Aaron Jones is. Jones was always the more explosive back in GB but he was always in a timeshare. Players like Barkley, McCaffrey, Henry and Taylor aren't in timeshares
  7. Could be the best time to trade him honestly!! If you arent close, might as well get something for him... a team trading for him his a friendly comparable deal to go off of, meaning somebody might be stoked to pay him $13m but not $15m, and theyll part with higher pics as a result. We all know that OL is a huge driving force! Bills have gotten a good chance to see what Ray-Day has done behind this OL... maybe they feel really good about it. Hes a better pass blocker (which is how this team determines 3rd D snap %), and has better hands, while not being as good of a route runner (at least for now). Running backs have a higher perceived value than they have at any point in the last 5-7 years! Im not sure what id want in a trade for him.... but I'd hope they're open to it!! Anybody out there thatd consider a p4p trade and get us a valuable WR? Likely not, but interesting things happening
  8. I walked by that earlier today. I don't live too far away. Chris Herren and Lizzy Borden are the most famous Fall River natives. Greg Gagne and great hockey player John something, plays for NY I believe, also are from FR. Ive heard many locals tell me about meeting Robin Murphy, and they say she was so scary and intimidating in HS. She is a genius, and most people believe, was the mastermind behind this scary story. Im surprised a movie hasnt been made about it https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fall_River_murders https://turnto10.com/news/local/fall-river-woman-convicted-in-satanic-killings-asks-for-parole
  9. Saw some folks mention The Wire, The Sopranos, and some other shows as reasons to justify subscribing to HBO Max. Deadwood and The Leftovers are worth the price of admission alone.
  10. This is the absolute most I would give Cook. Extra 3 years, but basically just 2 year extension with an out for the 3rd. Glad this happened to show him what his value really is.
  11. lot easier to be explosive when you're playing less than half your team's downs on offense and don't have to take on blitz pickup+grind out third and short
  12. I know but cmon... cant you see a resemblance... LOL I think they were gonna use dna from the spleen to be sure LOL
  13. I'm very surprised by these rankings, then again I've seen every Cook snap and majority of Kyren on redzone
  14. Diana Russinni says theyre close in $$$, but not necessarily a deal (this parts my interpretation), a report 5 hours ago..... this came out since, sounds like we'll know very shortly
  15. Any other parents have this take over your house/speakers/lives? Gotta admit, decent movie and great soundtrack. I may have listened to How It's Done on my way to work as a hype song to get me ready for the day.
  16. You cant unsee this...
  17. They are saying it because he's flashier and more explosive They are confusing that with being better when the Rams don't have to take him off the field ever. He's a workhorse that has produced. Cook has better YPC because he doesn't handle the workload Williams does...this is fact. All things considered...I would say they are pretty much equal. Claiming Cook is better cause of the splash plays doesn't compute when looking at the entire picture.
  18. He's most likely a locker room hire. A vet voice in a QB space and someone who a lot of coaches like. If I had to guess that would be it.
  19. Now these euro a-holes are engaging in apartheid!
  20. Cook had bigger runs. He played well last year. The issue is can he do it for 3 more years?
  21. Everyone saying Cook is better... how? Williams has the better, more proven rushing production. Cook had less than 100 more receiving yards last year Williams played 888 (87%) of the team's offensive snaps. Cook didn't do half that.
  22. Eyeballs doesn't work in negotiations FWIW Also, one guy is a complete back that never leaves the field, so when one guy can't do that it's hard to claim he's better More explosive, yes. Not necessarily better
  23. You are forgiven for the distraction. The drama concerning whether Dawson and Baker were truly separated at birth was making me anxious. I can’t wait to see how the poll comes out, but we probably need DNA samples, right? I mean, to make things official and all….. 😊 I will say, I did liked Baker’s talent in the draft and he seems to have grown up a bit since then.
  24. Theyre just 2 white guys with beards wearing headbands. That's the only similarity.
