  1. Past hour
  2. If half of Josh's rushing TDs were passing TDs he'd probably win. Stafford has the volume passing stats, plus the narrative of the greybeard still getting it done. He also has two different WRs that are each more valuable better than every Bills WR combined, by a lot.
  3. The early season game, it was close enough that Diggs had to continue to be calm and dialed. This game was not the case. 3 catches for 26 yards and a complete non-factor. Woof. And I have no ill feelings towards Hollins, guy went out and got some money after a good year with us. Just laughed when Maye went to him one too many times and White got the INT.
  4. It's John Hussey and his crew. Cant stand the no lip having fool.
  5. Big takeaways from the more sober Pats podcasters on Victory Monday. 1. Vrabel's defensive philosophy couldn't stop the run. Belichick's defenses were based on gap integrity and containment, so all runs were funneled to the middle of the field for enormous DTs and ILBs to clean up. Vrabel's are based on penetration and disruption, which the Bills capitalized on to generate displacement. Example: on the go-ahead TD run by Cook, the Pats DT fires upfield and O'Cyrus just waved him by and walled him off, while the rest of the OL works downfield and Cook runs into the space 2. Drake Maye shrank in the moment. 3. DALTON KINCAID IS THEIR ONLY RECEIVER, HOW IS HE RUNNING WIDE OPEN AGAINST A COVER 2 SHELL ON 3-7?!?
  6. Weird how Cheats fan isn't crying about this and the three or so terrible spots we had to overcome.
  7. Have to disagree with your assessment. I believe Tre was getting exposed early on. I trust my eyes. Joe Marino talked about the limitations of Tre and hoe teams were taking advantage of that. Imho, he was more of a liability than an asset. Now, I think that tide has turned.
  8. Hey top KR and backup QB is an important role. And one that can keep him in the league, and in this team, for a long time. Dare I say Pro bowl appearance as the AFC desagnee for returns?
  9. Shakir also caught the ball as well which nullifies the PI.
  10. He has been outstanding at this since october. Where have you been?
  11. I don’t know if this makes sense, but I wonder if he has poor field vision when everything’s cramped at the line of scrimmage, but when everything is spread out on returns he sees the holes and lanes better.
  12. I didn't say Maye stinks. I said he capitulated. Has nothing to do with Allen. I'm sorry I stated something not good about your boyfriend.
  13. It's Stafford or Allen. Stafford has a lot more supporting cast
  14. Bengals did not clear snow from the seats before yesterdays game. Violation of league policy. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/bengals-didnt-remove-snow-from-stadium-seats-in-apparent-violation-of-league-policy
  15. As was that replay assistance BS
  16. Legitimately have absolutely no idea how anyone is seeing that play that way haha. It was another ‘whistled right past the defender’ play like last week, Shakir obviously catches it and has it for a bit without jones even knowing he caught it, they start to wrestle over it as Shakir hits the ground then jones comes away with it after the play if the roles were reversed pats fans would say both of the plays being discussed in here were properly officiated Wasn’t even simultaneous…Shakir obviously has it first. Credit to the NE media machine for being powerful enough to turn these obviously correctly officiated plays into controversies when they had the most absurd clock operator gaffe I’ve ever seen go in their favor, drew offsetting penalties somehow for punching Milano in the face, and replay assistance wasn’t used on that boutte catch early but was used multiple times against the bills. one of the most embarrassing games to blame the refs I’ve ever seen
  17. First it was a catch s they had simultaneous possession. What happens after they hit te ground is not relevant. Second, it was clearly pass interference as the DB prevented the WR from coming back to the ball. That is called about 95% of the game that I have watched.
  18. Replay Assist was rather alarming
  19. It took 3-4 seconds to get the snap off, as others eluded am sure the Bills defenders could have milked the extra seconds to make the tackle to prevent a FG attempt.
  20. Clock shenanigans happening again as they are known for back during their SB runs. Another classic cheat for them is to jam the visiting QB communication signals during an important drive. It was funny to hear the announcers say that New England won't be able to use theirs on the following drive, but it is a huge advantage for NE to jam the visiting teams' communications during the most important part of the game.
  21. Yup, by rule that is a catch for shakir.
  22. I was going to post about how bizarre all this is. Last year he was really good. Promising backup to Cook. Early this year he was horrible. Now, he’s the best KR in the league and you’d hope he gets some snaps in the last three years. It would be like Karlos Williams eating his way out of the league and then coming back and making the Pro Bowl.
  23. It was PI and therefore it didn’t matter if Shakir caught the ball or didn’t or if it was an interception or not. It would be first down Bills at the spot of the foul. Only Shakir’s and Josh’s stats benefit from catch vs no catch.
  24. Yep. They both noted it then kind of acted like it was no big deal. Again I just watched my grandson play football in a Junior High (7yth & 8th graders) league and not starting the clock at the snap in that situation would have been bad form. In the NFL it's almost incomprehensible. As an aside this was more then a clock mishap given the situation.
  25. Just fire Babich already. It’s mcdermott’s defense, but we tend to get it together in the 2nd half. Gotta be an indictment on preparation which I assume falls on the DC.
  26. The clock operator botched the final play, but I think the timing was correct. On first play officials called maye oob. They were wrong, and replay fixed it. The rule there is either 10 sec runoff or spend a TO, t simulate what would have happened if they ran a play with a running clock. The 10 sec runoff is from when knees were down, not from when he was called oob. I amagine they looked at the clock and saw 16 sec when his knee touched down, then ran off 10 sec so final play started with 6 sec. On the second play, clock never started. I guess the play was 4-5 sec, so letting the FG attemp go was the right call. They always say official time is kept by some secret referee on the field. I think it would be tough for an official to watch player for fouls and keep time, but that’s what the nfl says.
