BS. Some rock band that used to be part of my workout playlist from 20 years ago should be the halftime show. Seriously, why do people get upset about these things? Bad Bunny has been a huge music star for the past few years. He has cross-over appeal in US acting (SNL and Happy Gilmore 2). He makes bass heavy music with beats and rhythms that make people want to dance. And he's in a large demographic that the NFL has been trying to trap into. This makes a ton of sense and I'm not even a fan of his (though I'll admit my hips will move a bit when my wife puts his music on).

Elon should stick to running Tesla. This is a waste of time. The Spanberger election has been a foregone conclusion for a year. There really has not been serious Republican opposition. -
I think some fans fear (which I share!) is that the Bills become susceptible to mediocre teams that can play 60 minutes of football and minimize mistakes because the Bills are in an annoying habit of taking the middle half of the game off. On top of that there was just so much sloppy undisciplined play. 30 points and a win are both great! But we don't get to play Spencer Rattler every week. The Pats are capable of putting a good game together and should not be taken lightly. If we start hot, let's not get cute and start calling dumb plays.

Not sure. Walker was still pushed around in some run plays, too much for the Coach's like. I'd say both he and Sanders are not quite there in terms of what Daquan Jones said "you gotta understand what they (offense) are trying to do first." He's still get by with pure physical ability so far but that's the exciting part: physically he can overpower people now, what happens when he knows who and where to overpower people on individual plays? I don't have inside info on him, but every his interview, looks like he's kid eager to learn and take coaching to heart. There are talks about he does not anchor well due to him being top heavy. I think with offseason plan, nutrition, and technic improvement (like getting low at stands), he could develop into a more complete DT. Ideally he's more suited to an aggressive attacking defense.

Time to discuss Reid Ferguson...

Well, that does it, we won't possibly make the Super Bowl and it will be Reid Freguson's fault. How could Beane draft him?! And McD can't coach the offense at all! Am I doing this right?? -
That was the same one with a fairly clear PI on samuel down the field as well.

The difference is, the Bills have been a playoff team for 6 consecutive years and gone to the Championship game twice. Who they have beaten doesn't mean as much as an up and coming team like the Patriots

agree, the most important game is always the next game

Thank God! Elon getting involved! Dearest Abigail doesn't need his help, but she will take it! 🤣 She's a good one!

So many folks down on Van Demark…yeah he wasn’t perfect in pass pro but it was his first start in a long time and he was absolutely smacking guys around in the run game like a beast…

THE ROCKPILE REVIEW – At the One-Quarter Mark

IMO, this team is so good, and KNOWS they are so good, that they can "pace themselves" against teams in most games. They know they have a Ferrari they can break out and go 200 mph any time they want, but there is no need to waste the engine or fuel against Honda Civics of the league. Simply go 5 mph faster and then hit the gas a little at the end and win comfortably. Other teams(even Eagles) are struggling in these games and winning by a last second FG, many times, Bills just cruise to double digit wins. The Ferrari will come out when they need it. Other games they just show enough for other teams to know they can't keep up (like scoring 30+ for the 14th of the last 15th times Allen has played more than a play). -

Someone can come in here and destroy me with stats but just going off what I feel like I'm seeing this year. Whenever Cook is getting decent yardage the offense clicks very well and essentially scores at will. No duh you'll say, the run game opens the pass game. But whenever a team has success slowing Cook down, the offense doesn't seem to have any sort of backup plan. The offense tends to stall out more often than not except for the usual Allen hero plays. It feels to me like our passing game lacks scheming to get guys open quickly and Allen either has to improvise until someone does or a lane opens for him to run and that's basically all of our successful plays. It just seems unsustainable especially in the playoffs where you're going to face a bunch of teams that will be able to stop Cook for periods of time and their offenses will continue scoring on us in the meantime while we figure things out.

Bleeding Bills Blue replied to ganesh's topic in The Stadium Wall
For a team that can't rush the passer - why do we have the fewest passing yards allowed in the league? 9 sacks against 103 pass attempts is an 8% sack rate - the league average QB was sacked on 6.87% of their dropbacks in 2024. 194 air yards completed across 4 games, and 64 total completed passes so... the average completed pass has traveled 3 yards. The lowest in the league last year was 4.1 yards by Tua. They have allowed 243 YAC, which is an average of 3.8 YAC/completion. The lowest QB in the league averaged 4 YAC/completion in 2024. Buffalo has the #1 NY/A in the league. This is not affected by volume. (Passing yards - Sack yards)/(Pass attempts+Sacks) From an eye test perspective, i agree the tackling has been poor. I'd imagine some gap assignments have been missed by the defensive line, especially in the baltimore game. They seem to struggle to bottle up athletic QBs, which has always been an issue (and shouldn't since we rarely play man and our guys have eyes on QB quite often). But to say they aren't getting any pressure is just not true. Considering how insanely close to the LOS the average completion is, pressure is just not really going to come on those. -
What did we eat? And how will that affect our play?

I am really surprised to see his grade being so high. From the seats, he looked like he was getting abused at times.
