Josh's pass to Palmer that (more or less) won the game
Fan in Chicago replied to Low Positive's topic in The Stadium Wall
Any reason why you hijacked this thread when there are several others to comment on how good/poor our WRs are ? Making a comment or two is fine but you are continuing to discuss a topic that has little to do with the original post -

How cheap do you think WalMart is? at 75% the price of Wegman's, that's still going to be 30 points Josh will have to beat next week.

I wouldn't say it was a bad pass from Josh. That ball was headed right for an open Shakir. Knox tipped it before it got there. We will never know if Shakir would have caught that pass or not.

Josh's pass to Palmer that (more or less) won the game
twoandfourteen replied to Low Positive's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t know. If you actually go through rosters team-by-team, you start to realize just how weak overall the Bills skill positions are relative to the rest of the league. I did the AFC earlier today and it’s eye-opening. Allen really is a supernatural force out there when you look at the scraps Beane has given him to work with. The sad part is that this approach to “juice the defense” and avoid a big, stud WR contract would work wonders if any of the defensive draft picks or FA acquisitions actually became true impact players. Ed Oliver has had his moments, for sure. But outside of that, none of the recent early draft picks or big money signings have amounted to much more than “good, but replaceable” players. The Jaguars, Seahawks, and Titans basically are the same thing as the Dolphins, Jets, and Patriots. I don’t think you’re really helping your argument here. -

It is not misogynistic to value taste and beauty over the tasteless and tacky. It is not homophobic to point out the thinly veiled homoeroticism that is inherent in the Cult of Trump, or the self-hating sexual identity that is inherent in supporting someone who would seek to outlaw your own marriage. -
Bills sign a new punter!! Welcome Cameron Johnston

I am confused. I thought we kept subpar punters on the team because we didn't want to disrupt the kicking operation for several years. Now it doesn't matter? -
Did Harbaugh Call Timeout Too Quickly?
dave mcbride replied to Last Guy on the Bench's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think harbaugh played it right because by letting the clock run, the bills had to be as simple as possible on the kick snap count and the linemen could not move at all - a false start would have ended the game (10 second runoff). That allowed kyle hamilton to slice through with ease and he missed the block by about an inch. It was so close to being blocked. Harbaugh is an old special teams coach and gets this. It is an open question if Jackson could have played on the 4th down play because of the oliver hit, and I seriously doubt they would have run him. The Bills would have realized this. He was limping after that hit and in pain. -
Let me put this another way: We thought 1.8 million jobs were created between April '24 and March '25 In reality, only 847,000 jobs were created in that period. The frozen job market started way before this summer. https://x.com/byHeatherLong/status/1965417742200438854 Remember when the media just suddenly redefined what a recession was in 2023 to protect Biden in the upcoming election? https://x.com/redsteeze/status/1965424666669117808 .

Did Harbaugh Call Timeout Too Quickly?
mathja replied to Last Guy on the Bench's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not quite on topic, but I’ve watched the replay of the field goal a bunch of times and I think it was Kyle Hamilton that almost got through and blocked it. He was visibly upset because he literally just missed it. I can’t believe how unblocked he was.
