  1. Past hour
  2. Yeah Shakir is clearly still hobbled and getting battered around by Kyle Hamilton all night may not have helped. I’m hopeful that he can get right as the season goes on. Even if that means starting Samuel in his place for a game.
  3. Final home opener in that stadium and it was absolutely magical
  4. Oliver was a damn beast out there today. It might have been his best game.
  5. The linebackers are small, they did much better when they went to a traditional front the safety play was terrible man, I mean terribleeeeee
  6. Josh checks into those a lot…
  7. I would not be here alive today if that kick had been blocked. Wow was it close
  8. showing the replay after and having Terry be like "yea they spotted it wrong" WHY IS THAT NOT IMMEDIATELY REVIEWED AUTOMATICALLY "SKY JUDGE"
  9. Butbutbut, he missed a 20-yarder at Detroit!! This just in, FG kickers miss kicks from any distance.
  10. Our WRs, some of whom are gimpy at the moment, are not all that. They couldn’t get open all night and Josh had to keep extending plays to give them the time to get open. It’s a work in progress is the best thing I can say about this group at this time. Allen is the definition of making chicken salad out of chicken crap.
  11. Given the situation and calm fire drill that it was... I don't think it needs to be. The play was seamless, clock running...
  12. Agree, id have to watch earlier FG/XP attempts to see if Walker is typically out there.
  13. ball appears to change direction slightly
  14. Thats exactly where I was at... I didnt hear him mentioned all night except for what I thought was a very very questionable PI... thats not a bad thing... then again, why throw when Henry is gashing the other team for insane yards...
  15. Bosa was getting fooled but he was also getting into the backfield often. I think from a pure pass rushing perspective he had a pretty good night. Baltimore is also the single best rushing team of the last 25 years so I'm not going to hold it against him too much. I think against traditional offenses he'll be good to great.
  16. In general I'm wary of AI taking away jobs, but it can't come soon enough for NFL officiating.
  17. The fickle hand of dead Native bones under the 50 yard line. THAT'S HOW!
  18. We also were very fortunate that Hamilton went "more vertical" than horizontal with his block attempt. Hes probably not used to laying out horizontally, as hes the not the end man coming in at a flat angle. Re watching replay now, very very lucky
  19. 💯 Walker has to know that as it’s fundamental FG blocking. I’m curious why he’s even out there as his specialty is DL play not blocking.
  20. keep watching it....almost certain it was actually tipped
  21. Yes, Rapp looked as slow as Hamlin looked last year, like he was running in mud. Bishop has the speed, just not anything else. That lame tackle attempt against Henry, who didn't stiff-arm him as much as lazily wave in his direction, was embarrassing. Will he grow into the job? I want to optimistic, since he's young and athletic, but he had a private tutor all last year as well as the offseason to learn, and he still did worse than Dorian Strong performed as a rookie sixth-round pick. Still early, but he's got to turn it around soon.
  22. has any team EVER won a game when being 0/3 on 2 point tries? I highly doubt it
  23. Good view of it, I watched it and thought wow that was close...
  24. Ya what were they 0/2 or 0/3 on the 2 point try? For sure need better scheme design
  25. If he throws the ball up for a jump ball, I think Coleman has a much better chance at it.
  26. Plus the whole video analytics to determine if the ball was past the line, but still letting the smooth brain refs place the ball is exactly backwards. Place the ball with computer vision then bring out the chain gang. It's a matter of time before we're doing all officiating that way, and just let the refs announce the calls
