  1. Past hour
  2. We got in late last night. We really only have today as our free day to see stuff. We plan on tailgaiting all day tomorrow and we leave Friday. Our food targets are Gabriels Gate for Wings, Mr Pizza, and Schwabls for beef on Weck. other than food we are just gonna drive around and soak the place in!
  3. i've alway assumed people who commit those types of crime of off anyway. you mix that in with too much internet time, religion, politics, etc. hell i had a friend who was off on disability, and wow did he start to change. the bigger problem will always be mental illness, and that's an entirely different topic. this is actually pretty genius.
  4. I get your point, but aren’t you ultimately saying that with equivalent blocking, Cook’s 44-yard TD would be Ray Davis’ 4 yard gain? I think the point is that Cook brings a lot of value to the offense, above and beyond the scheme or the play of the line. And I agree with that point.
  5. If we bid out seats on the horses, we could fill the Red Cross coffers in about 3 minutes!
  6. Is the game over the antenna in Buffalo? Channel? I'm prepared to stream on Amazon if I have to, but I prefer local TV.
  7. While I think their can be exceptions, I think all evidence we've seen has been contradictory. I think itd be foolish to assume that teams like Cleveland, NYJ, and Chicago have repeatedly "guessed wrong"... year after year. If you look at these teams individually it certainly looks like these teams are ruining prospects, that would've panned out elsewhere. When you combine these teams and a few others, its pretty ubdeniable IMO, that from an odds perspective, theres no way these teams have had that many bites at the apple. Some years theyre accounting for the first 2, 3, or 4 qbs taken overall! There was an article on this recently on how different teams have handled high drafted QB's, amd looking at the details, its pretty easy to see where a bunch of these QB Factory teams go wrong. Might be unpopular, but i do NOT think Josh is anywhere what he is today if he landed in Cleveland or NYJ that year.... gun to my head answer? I think he fully busts out with how raw he was. We forget how much work, and support he received his first 3 years here, to refine that talent. Do certain prospects have a higher chance at NOT busting? Sure they do, but a quick glance at these teams over the last 15 years, without a single one of their teams hitting on a QB prospect.... chances are even the best prospects would bust if taken by these teams! (IMO). https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6584516/2025/09/02/nfl-first-round-quarterback-busts/
  8. Quick timing passing is the only thing Tua can do at an NFL level. He throws to a spot where a pass catcher will be. If he can’t execute that scheme their explosive offense is done.
  9. But you didn’t prove that. All you did is show that you are ridiculously impatient (taking a victory lap after 2 games), and are blaming Ben Johnson for a roster he didn’t build. It feels even more knee-jerky than the McDermott haters posts.
  10. The thing is, crazy just doesn't mean political crazy. I mean there's people killing people in sporting events. Remember the Giants and Eagles fan killing in the cheesesteak line? I think Philly's are better without American cheese....please don't kill me.
  11. saw what coming? the wave of of homosexual crime? my point of all of this is to show how maybe your feeds, your social media, etc is really starting to pick away at you. look at of the to do about one poster. one poster that almost no one will likely notice, unless someone is looking for a controversy. being upset over this is to me becoming the new group of snowflakes.
  12. As long Rattler is starting on the road for the saints it’s Seattle all day
  13. Rams was a relocation fee, not new franchise fee. The average team valuation in 2023 when the Commanders were bought for 6B was 5.1B. All values go up each year. So...7B is the most common figure sited in search.. The last new franchise in the NFL was 23 years ago. Pegula bought the team over 10 years ago--and obviously the price he paid had nothing to due with the AVERAGE team valuation, as the Bills had the lowest team value at that time.
  14. Feels like Derrick Henry has that many against the Bills alone, but I like your point!
  15. You guys have gone way too far into the weeds on this thread. The purpose of the original post and follow up is to demonstrate Ben Johnson is NOT the answer to the Buffalo Bills / McDermott when you consider McDermott's record as head coach and players genuinely enjoy playing for him. Vs. Those on this Board who were clamoring for BJ last season because he was a "genius". 31 other teams would be on the phone to hire McDermott immediately if he was let go.
  16. I watched both Bears games, and aside from not telling his kicker to kick the ball out of bounds (which he should have done), the losses were certainly not on Ben Johnson. 1) Caleb Williams just isnt that good yet (if he ever will be). 2) The Bears roster is rough at several positions. So you speaking of the nice situation he had in Detroit is ironic, because if we are having this conversation in the context of what he could have done in Buffalo, it would be wise to mention that he would have had an equally rich situation in Buffalo as he did in Detroit, thanks to Josh Allen (who is worth about 5x what Goff is) and James Cook. That being said, I never wanted McDermott fired ,so its a moot point. But your argument doesnt hold water.
  17. More in the sense that I don’t trust guys like Milano and Johnson to stay healthy. Just seems like we have a bunch of guys on the Back 7 that hold a 20% chance every game, to miss the next game.
  18. I'm torn between saving the Bills for later, or just going with this one. I feel like if the Bills keep winning, they may eventually get tripped up by a team that should be an easy win.
  19. One thing is for sure: GM Beane has to go heavy on defense again in next Summer's draft and free agency.
  20. imagine if they found you in the shower... oh yeah. it doesn't take much to set off crazy.
  21. I’m not. You come off as the sort that would say things like “nobody saw this coming” and “the motive is unclear”.
  22. Any concern about the visor causing some glare and vision differences for Josh? Simply, he's not use to it and IMO it has to cause some differences for him.
  23. Who he is is this: Goff with Rams (5 years): 42-27, 18171 yards, 107 TD, 55 INT, 63.4%, rating 91.5 Stafford with Rams (5 years): 36-23, 15243 yards, 98 TD, 45 INT, 65.9% rating 95.6 Goff with Detroit: (5 years): 40-26, 17446, 121 TDs, 40 INT, 68.3%, rating 101.2.
  24. This is exactly the sort of word salad you'd expect from a very intelligent person who can't figure out why they suck.
  25. We wore leather helmets back when I played football (or something like that) - a great thing because, as a receiver and safety, I hated anything obscuring my vision even in the smallest way. Weirdly, I had poor eyesight and wore glasses yet I didn't like wearing glasses in games because I didn't like the rims obstructing my sight. A visor would have driven me crazy with the hint of glare. So I'm glad for #1 because Josh has already adjusted to the way the visor affects his vision. #2 and #3 remain problems. But I don't think heat or reverberation will bother him when he's in the pocket, scanning the field, in the flow, and entirely focused on the play.
