When both of our boys turned 16 I took them to a Bills game in Buffalo as a rite of passage. I chose a Jets games both times hoping for a happy outcome, but we split those two contests. I have an 11 year old grandson who will be joining us at the Bills game in Atlanta this season. Word got back to me that he told people he thinks he gets to go to a game in Buffalo when he turns 16, and he’s already excited by the idea. He’s such a good boy!

The Albright-Knox Art Gallery is fantastic - actually the best I've been to outside of DC. It's a beautiful building too. Kuni's has some of the best sushi I've had anywhere. Actually I have not. But even then, what does it matter? It’s an abhorrent act that unfortunately is not altogether isolated. Political violence is growing. It all has to stop, no matter who does it. J6 was wrong, Minnesota was wrong, this is wrong and frankly horrifying. I’m sure there’s more I missed. It’s all too much, and both sides are responsible.

This country has consequences for certain actions. They lived in a state in which has the death penalty. He chose to commit a death penalty level act. So he is responsible for the trauma that his family will face for him getting the death penalty. It's not more the merrier, this is justice. At least that family can understand why their murderer was killed. He committed capital murder and justice was served. Don't even compare that level of trauma to the family that had to watch their dad bleed out because of his opinion. That is ridiculous if you believe these are even.

All the video evidence showing it was him, the pre meditation behind it, the political aspect involved, yes this is a capital case and should be tried as one. It should serve as an example to anyone else who would think of doing something similar.
