Why not? Through 3 games, that’s his average. It’s slightly lower than what Groot played last season. Bosa historically has played ever more snaps on average, upwards of 90% at times…so even the 70% is a decrease than his career average IIRC. It’s been awhile since the Bills have had a healthy, viable option opposite Groot, so imo it explains why we’re surprised by the high number. I think we’ve become accustomed to seeing the the DE rotation with the likes of Smoot and Epinessa splitting snaps. Before his injury in 2022, Von was regularly playing 70% of snaps. It’ll be interesting to see how that might change with Hoecht returning in a couple weeks
