  1. Past hour
  2. I'll blame Josh. Ultimately, he called the wrong protection on the final play of the season. Yes, we were not even in that position without him, but he made a mistake on the final play. And he would be the first one to tell you that. I wouldn't trade him for any player in the league, but he messed up there. Still almost made a play.
  3. Calais Campbell Trent Williams Cam Heyward
  4. Oh, pshaw. Pretty much every everybody gets one of those.
  5. To me, Hawes looks like the most complete TE on the roster and just might be the best of the bunch over the long haul. I think he's already better than Knox, and given more opportunities, he might be able to move Kincaid to more of a niche role.
  6. I'll wear white when they fire McClappy and finally play some defense!!!! Am I doing this right?
  7. I think the biggest problem in the post season with the defense has been injuries. KC game is entirely different if Benford doesnt go out with a concussion. We have been missing key defenders at every level in every playoff game. I don't think its due to the style of defense but rather the availability of players. Getting that first round bye is KEY. Also, Josh Allen had the ball in his hands at the end of the game in two of our playoff losses recently (No I am not blaming Josh Allen entirely).
  8. Add DHop and Trent Williams above Allen and Jackson.
  9. Leave it to college. They charge $200 for jerseys now. Let fans wear what they want, what they got. Gonna do it? Hand out “white out” T shirts at the gate. Doubt that happens because they are peddling the cold front gear. Looks weak when it’s not 80 to 90%. Too many none home team fans at NFL games to pull off college gimmicks like white outs or whatever color you want. This is coming from someone who got the new cold front jersey. Who is also a Penn St fan and likes the white out. Early on they were handing out white t shirts at the beginning of it. Now the whole fan base knows. 6 days notice is too short imo. 60/40 tops?
  10. I've said this before, but don't undervalue the fact that Knox is best friends with Josh. Knox will probably always be willing to take less money to stay here as well.
  11. Couldnt happen to a better guy. So happy for him.
  12. I love you, baby And if it's quite all right I need you, baby To warm these lonely nights I love you, baby Trust in me when I say
  13. Thats fine. No one is going to see your shorts during the game unless you do something awesome.
  14. I posted this link in the game thread. It's pretty brutal, and his NFL career does appear to be over. Personal issues aside, there was never any denying his talent.
  15. They have a name for that, it is called The Peter Principle: The Peter Principle theorizes that employees in most organizational hierarchies automatically rise through promotion to higher positions. However, competent employees will be promoted, but will ultimately assume positions for which they are incompetent.
  16. I wish we did this. Put Josh in shotgun. If he has someone open, throw it. If he has a lane, run in. If the play is DOA, pooch it.
  17. At scale I like the premise, but I don't like the jerseys, like at all. Firm believer that they missed a real opportunity to incorporate Zubaz into the rivalry gear. They could have kept it white, but gone Zubaz numbers. I am shocked they waited until Tuesday before the game to say anything. (Maybe even a little annoyed?) Also I am wearing my home Tre White jersey and my Zubaz shorts to the game. I know, I know, white out....But it is my jersey for this season, we are 4-0, and I am not changing. To my point this team is way more entrenched in red and blue/zubaz than it is a "white out". This seems like a strange ask. If they had a "Zubaz Game" and loaded the Bills store with Zubaz only gear, they likely crank up sales waaaaay more than the white out. I am curious if they waited until today to announce the "white out" based on sales being slow? Like if the white out was always the plan, why not announce it way earlier? Or if jersey sales are on track, why bother, the crows is likely going to be white anyways.
  18. This is so true and it happens in every line of work, not just business. One of the great ironies in life is that the only way to achieve success is to be so good at something that they promote you to a position where you no longer do that thing.
  19. Careful Augie. You are awfully close to receiving the dreaded RochesterFan eyeroll emoji. 😀
  20. Jason Peters has a super bowl ring. He was on the Iggles squad in 2017. He suffered a season ending injury but still is technically a super bowl winner.
