  1. Past hour
  2. I’m hoping Hancock ends up being a surprise at Safety for us. I agree we need an upgrade.
  3. Honestly… there’s no speed on the edge. Bills don’t have a lot of speed on defense as it is. Daquan Jones is overrated. Bosa ain’t Bosa of 2018. Ed Oliver is a stud. they will once again have a middle of the road defense and you’ll see there will be multiple games where it will be up to the offense to win it. They will be better at years end, more of the bend don’t break style. But this defense isn’t anything special. I see the DLine having the ability to collapse the pocket which will affect some younger QBs, but the Pro Bowl style QBs will give us trouble. Hence, the Offense will need to pull is through.
  4. While I think NO is one of the worst teams in the league, I couldn't risk Brock Purdy not playing & having to rely on Mac Jones at QB. I don't think it's clear who will be SF's QB on Sunday.
  5. Yea I am not convinced on Babich either. We had definitely taken a small step back 2022 to 2023, the McDermott calling the defense experiment was a disaster until about week 11 although they ended strong. But no doubt 2024 was worse. From 2023 to 2024 they did have Douglas regress quickly, Poyer depart, DQ regressed... they had injuries to Taron, Milano and Bernard in the first half of the year. I do think the talent had bit by bit been decreasing on that side. But sure the coaching hasn't been as good either. That is not a super big surprise to me as the only Leslie Frazier truther left on planet earth 😆.
  6. I just pray we are at, or very near, 100% going into the playoffs
  7. Did this person specifically tell police he was targeting white people?
  8. I don't think it's Lamar who has been smug towards Josh. It's his fanboys in the media who have been the ones who overrated Lamar over Josh.
  9. Yes, agreed. If I'm looking at it from just a football fan perspective, keeping it open and keeping the tailgates alive in OP was a good outcome. But if I'm thinking about the bigger picture, and as a Buffalo resident who wants the best for the city overall, a closed building downtown was the best way to go.
  10. Congrats! you are going to finally see and experience Bills Mafia at its fullest. Just make sure you walk all around the stadium, so many fans!
  11. Yeah, the questions on Babich are starting to mount and it's only been one week. I get that the Ravens have great talent on Offense, but it wasnt just about a DB not being able to tackle Henry. The Ravens had a good gameplan for our Defense, lining up fast and snapping the ball quickly while the Bills did their usual "disguise the Defence, Bernard making calls, Rapp making coverage calls" and trapped us out of place and uninformed for most of the game. And the worst part is, we never got out of it. There was no contingency plan on what to do if teams go fast, and no adjustments made. Case in point: On the Bishop long blitz, he was either coached to blitz even if they catch us out of place, or not coached on what to do differently. Bobby better get it together.
  12. Hindsight is my job
  13. I got my coleman jersey and a hat. Cant wait to see them in person
  14. Annie Oakley (1860-1926) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annie_Oakley She played for the original Buffalo Bill.
  15. He looked slower than Poyer, and his aggressiveness was again borderline reckless.
  16. First of all, I hope you have fun and the Bills deliver a victory! As a former Buffalonian who (I duck as I type this) has visited and lived in bigger & better cities, I'll say that Buffalo has its charms. IMHO it's food scene is not world-class. It doesn't have any Michelin-starred restaurants. As far as I know, no James Beard award-winning chefs. Asian food is far better on the West Coast. Latin food is far better in the border states. Almost everything is better in NYC. But I do highly recommend the Buffalo classics: Wings and Beef-on-Weck. And if there were a way to measure this, I think Buffalo would lead the nation in most good pizzerias per capita. "Buffalo Pizza" with its cup-and-char pepperoni and cheesy overload is a thing in its own right. You can find some good Polish food, too, since a lot of Poles live in Buffalo. In my opinion, btw, Mighty Taco (mentioned previously) used to be awesome but has faded over the years into a grim shadow of Taco Bell. Niagara Falls is a must-see. Both the Canadian and American sides (including Goat Island). The Maid of the Mist boat ride is definitely worth the money. It'll take you to a spot where you're nearly surrounded by cascading water. Very cool. If you're into architecture, there's a Frank Lloyd Wright house in the city and another about 20 or 30 minutes to the south. Both are open to the public. In fact, there's a lot of good/great architecture in Buffalo dating to the early 1900s when Buffalo was a booming metropolis, though much of it is in rough condition now. The zoo and some of the museums are decent. In my opinion, none are must-see. If you like presidential history, you can see the house where McKinley died after being shot in Buffalo, and a different house a few blocks away where Teddy Roosevelt was then sworn in. But of these are skippable, too. Delaware Park (mentioned previously) is frustrating. It was beautifully designed in the 1860s by Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux, the same landscape architects who designed Central Park and some other fantastic spaces. But in the 1960s, we stupidly built a highway down the middle of Delaware Park, forever scarring it. I recommend wearing Bills gear every day. The Mafia is for real. I've lived in or near KC, SF, Oakland, Indy, Atlanta, Seattle, San Diego, and St. Louis, and been to nearly every other NFL city. Buffalo's love of their team is different. You might want to stop at The Bills Store, next to the stadium, to get outfitted.
  17. The Steelers could not run well against the NYJ (2.7avg rush) but Rodgers hit 73% passes and 4 TDs. The Jets controlled the ball and the clock for big chunks. Special teams fumble and failed 4th down conversion in the very late stages let them down.
  18. as good as you are at doing what you do it is definitely a compliment. it is master trolling.
