I realize there’s a little bit of irony in me complaining about complaining, but there’s like 10x as many posts complaining about over reactions than actual over reactions from day 1 of camp. i stand by what i said. I would rather read what people say who are actually watching camp, even if a minuscule of them have an agenda, than read 100 people complain about it. Just my 2 cents.

I want 1 thing and 1 thing only from this camp...No Injuries. Other than that, lose every preseason game for all I care. Just get out of camp healthy.

Camp is exciting for everyone and talking about is fun. But - There is a massive difference in caring about camp and over reacting to every single tweet or play in camp, especially day 1. Every season there are a lot of people who like to "validate" their offseason hot takes (good or bad) off every little tweet, play, etc from camp, including day 1 of camp and it gets old and annoying. We literally all read the good/bad bias of everyone for 4 months - we don't need everyone to bias hunt on social media for evidence and justification of every hot take they had this offseason, especially on day 1 of camp. Guys doing well or making some miscues on day 1 of camp in shorts has literally no conclusive meaning either way. A bit early to establish darlings and whipping boys. I mean its pretty clear Keon is already beeing tee'd up as a whipping boy this camp to be over reacted to.

Yes, ultimately I think they don't have a policy so much as they take it on a case-by-case basis.

Hoping our DL development pays some dividends. Rousseau, Basham, Carter, Solomon, Epenesa, are all the DL we've taken in the last 5 years (not counting '25 class). Groot- has played well, but ton of meat on the bone Basham- barf Carter- rough year 1 Solomon - wait and see Epenesa - not awful for bottom of 2nd, but not a game changer Oliver- (2019 pick thrown in); flashes, but hasnt met expectations either Its probably scheme and development, but its been underwhelming. I knew, and am glad we did it, but drafting so heavy on the DL this year is a bit of a gamble that we can make use and develop these players. Its absolutely crucial that this class hits year 1 and develops overall, at a better return than we've previously seen. Have we had the same DL Coach through all these? Without knowing much, it was a spot I was really hoping to see a Coaching upgrade come in... guy gets a major nod of confidence with this draft class. McD, Babich, and unknown DL Coach, absolutely have to make this class work/excel!!

My question is if he has another great year would Beane use the non exclusive franchise tag on him since it will likely cost them less than the amount an extension that he'll be asking for. That's a long time down the road though.

It really wasn't a sell. Many who will be affected are uninformed or hold B man's twisted logic. I think of the guy who just cut brush for me. Small biz, 3 kids. Don't know if he's on Medicaid but if not he's likely buying it through the exchange which is going to become unaffordable. There will be 10 million other examples. And more because of the ripple effect on exchange plans.

To be fair, Bishop also isn't a rookie. Despite his injuries, they saw him play a fair bit last year. And the last time the Bills took the field in an NFL game, Bishop was one of the starters at safety.
