This could be the Cook camp trying to communicate with Beane through the press. That has been one of their methods.

Rams extend RB Kyren Williams - 3-year, $33 million
Logic replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
Kyren Williams has poor efficiency metrics across the board, doesn't have breakaway speed, and isn't particularly effective in the passing game. The Rams also have Blake Corum and now Jarquez Hunter behind him. Color me confused as to why they remain so committed to Williams. He's mid. His production is largely volume-based and owes a lot to McVay's run schemes. As it relates to James Cook...I genuinely don't care one way or the other any more. If they wanna pay him, great. I wouldn't, but it's not my money. Onward. -
It seems extraordinarily hard for you. The link shared by BMan 6 days ago (as opposed to yesterday as you claimed 🤦🏻🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♂️), the one you believe is Putin propaganda, includes a link to a politico article. Here it is if you are interested: https://www.politico.eu/article/protests-ukraine-volodymyr-zelenskyy-law-anti-corruption-agencies-nabu-sap/ You can also see earlier in this thread that I shared this very article from Politico a week ago. Now comes the point where you have to start spinning and dissembling. Do you believe Politico is spreading Putin propaganda? As it relates to the factory floor, you are correct. I still spend most of my time there. Mostly involved with hi-rel space electronics and spacecraft. I like it. One more question for you - if people that work in factories and manufacturing are losers (as you have posited) what do you consider a low level WNY government employee that spends considerable chunks of his workday arguing with strangers on the internet?

Rams extend RB Kyren Williams - 3-year, $33 million
billsbackto81 replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
Also consider that Rams may need Williams more than the Bills need Cook. Williams is a 3 down back and the Rams #2 RB is Ronnie Williams who rushed for a whopping 99 yds. last year. Now I'm not saying Cook is easily replaceable, but Davis had 442 yds at almost 4yd a carry in a limited role and presumably would get better with more touches. Ty Johnson is also no slouch and is a great blocker and receiver. I want Cook back as much as everyone else, but he has to be reasonable. 3yr./34 mil /25 guaranteed -

I would think that should help us get a deal with Cook. They are about the same level of RB. Maybe Cook get a little more but not $15m. Cook is not a 3 down back though. -
Could be Beane doesn’t believe in paying a running back a big contract. Schoen is from that GM tree and let Saquon walk.

Bills 4th Round Pick : Deone Walker - DT - Kentucky
WhitewalkerInPhilly replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
Look I'm going to say that I fully believe Walker is meant to be a penetrating 1 Tech. He's not going to be used as a hole plugger But yeah that they planning to put him where DaQuan is. By most account DaQuan has had a good camp but he's definitely aging out and has injury history. Before his back injury Walker was talked as a first round pick. Here's hoping that Beane got a monster in the 4th round. And by the by, "Dancing Bear" is a fantastic nickname -

If haven't seen The Wire, Oz, The Sopranos and Curb Your Enthusiasm those are staples. In terms of now, I don't watch much of their new stuff but I did enjoy their docuseries on The Jinx (both parts). Some under the radar stuff I liked were Life and Times of Tim, Ten Year Old Tom, Lucky Louie The Rehearsal (warning dry humor warning). White Lotus is good but a tad absurd and not everyone likes it but I'm a fan. My wife loves The Last of Us and Game of Thrones just to name a few.

Yeah, I guess I agree with that. I don't think we are going to have to worry about him sitting out anyways. Although I will say that I think Shakir is pretty explosive. As is Ty Johnson for that matter. We dont have that downfield burner though still.

Nate was listed at 360lbs...per leg -
Tasker was talking about this on the radio yesterday. His take: during two-a-days players were dogging it a lot and the pace was slower. Nowadays coaches try to cram more game-speed plays into a limited window, and there's no break between drills.
