I am extremely fortunate that I was able to work for a large pharma company for enough years that I qualified for their retiree medical plan. They are self-insured but use another company to administer their plan. In 2026, it will be Humana. My suggestion is to use Humana if that is one of your choices. Retirees of this company are offered only one comprehensive Medicare Advantage PPO plan and the card is issued from Humana with the company’s name also on the card. UHC administered the plan last year and they were dropped for a reason. I expect Humana met their criteria for support, etc. This plan is supporting nationwide retirees so Humana would also provide that.

Cowherd: Allen is one of the five greatest players I’ve ever seen
Gregg replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I would like to see upgrades at WR 1 and WR 2, but the offense really isn't the problem. It's the other side of the ball that is the issue. You can't have a run defense this bad and win a Super Bowl. It will be the defense that lets them down again in the playoffs this year as well. -

What I love about this is that Cowherd has never been known for hyperbole. -

I'd argue we have a top 5 RB and top 5 OL in the league. While we don't have a NFL #1 WR our WRs on the whole as a group above average. When Kincaid is in there he's a top 10 TE. Knox is an average #2 TE. So as a whole I think our offensive talent might be top 15 QB which hardly horrible. Just average. I'mMaybe I'm a homer in this thinking but an curious your thoughts on more talented teams? As teams like Cincy and Miami have better WRs they don't have the OL. Philly might have best starters in the league but depth to me weaker etc. -
Cole Bishop took two Tampa Bay points right off the board

Bishop is a waste of draft pick. Terrible Oh wait... we're not doing that anymore... Coleman's slow.... 😂 Back to our regularly scheduled programming. -

I know that feeling! It’s exactly how I felt a couple weeks ago… when we were playing Miami. Man was that an easy win! I suggest you get to cookin something!! -

I was at a season opener against Jacksonville where we lost on the last play because of the old rule. Ugh. -
We should thank him for possibly letting JA fall to the Bills. I remember during the 2018 draft when Cleveland had the #1 pick. There was a rumor going around that Cleaveland was interested at taking Allen #1 over Sam Darnold. He went on a rant saying that this is why Cleaveland will always suck for even thinking about taking Allen. He was loud about it and said it often. Funny stuff to look at it now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJDeibs3yM0

He can be signed away, but he does not have to accept and the Bills can counter and sign him to the 53. Low risk of flight I think, -

I'm there too. When at or near his best, no one comes close. Last year he was damn near perfect until the start of the playoff loss (but he righted himself after a couple of series). However, he still occasionally regresses and struggles with consistency. -
No you don't get it. As I've stated a few times now, Neither one, despite scoring a ton of points, can overcome the worst Defense in the NFL. I didn't think it was that tricky...

Allen does more with less than ANYONE in the league. And it's literally been almost every year. He epitomizes what it means to be the MVP imo. -

I’m honestly surprised that we don’t see this more. Anything along the sideline you just try to carry him OB. Changing that rule took away one of those gray area calls, and defenses should take more advantage of it, imo. Well played, Cole! -

It was a judgment call by the Ref. I hated those. "Well without being nudged, the WR would have tapped inbounds, so its complete". It makes it so clean cut taking out a refs opinion. -
