  2. On the other side of the coin the Iranians did not trust the inspectors as they suspected the International Atomic Energy Agency personnel were providing intelligence about the program and the facilities to the U.S. and Israel.
  3. Since its founding in 1948, Israel has faced near continuous hostility or tension with neighbors and regional actors, including multiple wars and ongoing threats from non-state groups like Hezbollah and Hamas. Israel and Iran have never engaged in a direct, multi-week military conflict. Despite years of mutual hostility, Israel and Iran have mostly fought through proxies (e.g., Hezbollah in Lebanon, militias in Syria). As of now, no prolonged, direct, declared war has occurred between the two. Previous U.S. administrations blocked or restrained Israeli military action against Iran. The U.S. has consistently pressured Israel to avoid attacking Iran directly, especially when it might trigger regional war or undermine diplomatic efforts like the JCPOA. Netanyahu has long pushed for action against Iran’s nuclear program for over a decade, Netanyahu has publicly called Iran the greatest threat to Israel and advocated military preparedness. Netanyahu played Trump and will do so again. He knew to a certainty Iran wouldn't negotiate out of this. He leveraged Trumps fake powers of negotiation to get a US approved military action against Iran. Something he wasn't able to do before. Then for the cherry he pulled in the US military to do his bidding. Now we celebrate Trump? Please. This is the story teller Trump doing what he does. He got played by a more intelligent regime plan and simple.
  4. That was my take when Golisano was shopping the team. But that was also when the Sabres were averaging 99%+ attendance without a standing room only section. Now the Sabres are regularly bottom 3-5 in the league in attendance and the Buffalo region is still a top 5 market. Pegula isn't giving any money to the league in terms of revenue sharing. He is a loss. If anything I think those two things together is proof of concept that the league doesn't need a team in Buffalo to get viewership.
  5. Does Terry Pegula have 17 hour meetings about one single player on the Bandits roster? I don't think Terry spends 17 hours a year talking to Tavares, let alone in a single sit down about a single player, like he does the Bills and Sabres.
  6. The video was courtesy of Bob Koshinski. So glad he preserved it, it is pure comedy gold.
  7. So this thread is a Sabres rant. OK. There’s a board for that.
  8. Maybe it’s just me, but I’m not emotional at all about the Bills leaving Rich/Ralph/New Era/Highmark for that beautiful building across the street. Sure, I have a ton of great memories in the stadium but it’s not like the Bills are leaving Buffalo, and the new place is going to be amazing. And let’s face it, while Rich may have been “cutting edge” in 1973 by the 90s it was a shithole. They’ve slapped a whole lot of lipstick on that pig and it’s time to go.

  10. I'm excited to see the draft class additions. Last year I believed we were two years away from being able to compete for a SB. I still think we're a year away, but I kind of have a drought-era mindset where I'm allowing myself to dream that if Hairston and Jackson have big rookie years and one of Ogunjobi or Sanders is able to provide a significant upgrade next to Oliver that just maybe we have a chance. On offense, I'd love to see a bounce back year from Kincaid, Palmer finally delivering on the multi-year hype train, and Coleman taking meaningful progress towards being the "open when he's covered" player the Bills have been chasing most of the last 20 years.
  11. This is allowed, so long as both teams are in three different cities.
  12. As always big ditz your assumptions are wrong. No one wants iran to have nukes. I don't care for the arrogant attitude, just like Trump. Maybe we should see the results bettor we pound our chest. There was never any ceasefire.
  13. Wait he owns two teams in the same league? Kind of wild that's allowed.
  14. He need to pullout of the Sabres. Been screwing their fans since day 1
  15. We are going back to the end of WW2 now? Or did you mean even the late 19th century? And I am sure you understand that the circumstances ebb and flow and not everything is at a max conflict state. For if not, then your entire premise is flawed and it is not Trumps fault for certain and it would date back to the original conflict point. If you agree that things ebb and flow, this particular curve started prior to Trumps term which I believe has been shown. So why didnt this happen under Joe? The answer is it started under him, so it did.
  16. Hmm where have I heard that before??
  17. Nighthawks sale has been happening for a while. He bought the team to keep it going until a new owner could be found. The goal was never to keep it long term. Sabres I think at some point he gets a minority owner with cash, but it is his baby for better or normally worse. Bills/Bandits are cash cows they aren't going anywhere.
  18. Ukraine asks allies to allocate 0.25% of GDP to boost its weapon production President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has called on Ukraine's Western partners to allocate 0.25% of their GDP to helping Kyiv ramp up weapons production and said the country plans to sign agreements this summer to start exporting weapon production technologies. In remarks released for publication by his office on Saturday, Zelenskiy said Ukraine was in talks with Denmark, Norway, Germany, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Lithuania to launch joint weapon production. https://www.reuters.com/business/aerospace-defense/ukraine-asks-allies-allocate-025-gdp-boost-its-weapon-production-2025-06-21/
  19. Like the commie posters here these people are gone and forever lost. So you point, mock and laugh at them.
