  2. It's one thing to say Allen is "under performing" and another to say he's"sucked". To say Allen has sucked this season is to admit that you don't watch any other NFL games because if you did you would have a better understanding of what "sucks" really looks like.
  3. If the running game isn't working then you need a reliable passing game. What happens if there is not a reliable passing game? I get your point and I totally agree with it.
  4. Without a doubt. Actual catching of the pass does seem to be a matter of debate.
  5. Apples and oranges. If we are talking baseball, many guys have had long and lucrative careers hitting an occasional HR and striking out a lot. Ask Steve "Bye-Bye" Balboni. If we are talking football, the occasional missed playoffs help teams aquire higher rates players through the draft. Ask Jamar Chase.
  6. FWIW, these are pretty much the equivalent of my seats in the new stadium. I may even be a touch closer to midfield than most of these (about the 25 or 30). My PSL is less and so is my ticket price.
  7. why? He's 26 and that's interesting. Gabe when utilized properly is a pretty solid WR IMO he should be playing this week and receive a decent amount of targets....but we'll see
  8. On Get Up yesterday, Jeff Saturday was asked about the parallels of Bills/Chiefs with Colts/Pats- Manning/Brady, specific to what the regular season games mean prior to playoff games. He said it's still important because you're trying glean information and find weak spots to exploit in the playoffs - you're actually seeing/creating matchups and getting an understanding from actually playing that you can't get from film. One other thing he said was that when the Colts were on the Bills side (losing in playoffs), they realized that physicality and the run game (what Buffalo has done) were the way they would open up the pass game which was being keyed on. Foxworth also made the point when asked about the psychological aspect of constantly winning in the regular season then losing in playoffs is that winning consistently in the reg season is better than the alternative of losing consistently. He reiterated the points the reg season still has importance in seeing where they think they can attack you. And that the playoff games were so close, play here or there, it's not like the Chiefs were definitively better than them each time (didn't also mention injuries) and part of the competitiveness an belief that comes in the playoffs is being able to show yourself, and them, that we can beat you based on what happened in the regular season
  9. The bank manager who tries to stop the Joker's heist at the beginning of 'The Dark Knight'.
  10. Do you think assimilation is an overnight process? Buffalo had separate newspapers in Polish and German for immigrants. Masses at St. Stanislaus are STILL in Polish to this day. St. Anthony’s has an Italian mass. Up until recently, you could even find signs and such in Polish on the East Side. Immigrants concentrate in areas with their own kind, so much so that areas get named for ethnic groups. Buffalo has Kaisertown, Polonia, and the First Ward as examples. And why wouldn’t you? Why wouldn’t you live in a strange new country with people that know you and your culture? This is nothing new, it’s human nature.
  11. I agree about the 2nd half Carolina thing... When the play calling is on-point, even if it is just a short passing game, this offense cannot be stopped because the running game is just too consistent... But it take precision, no mistakes, no penalties...
  12. Is it better to strike out most of the time and hit an occasional HR(triple actually) or always put the ball in play. Ask the jays and the dodgers right now.
  13. Is it that the Bills can run the ball? Sure. Yes they can. But James Cook is a big reason why. He’s a stud! My question is…. Why is he not incorporated in the passing game more???? I.e like Bijan Robinson? Zero targets vs Carolina. Get him the ball! Or at least make the defense cover the entire field and worry about him in the passing game too
  14. It's not the answer - either short or long term. But it is an upgrade over what we have now. I would hope that they do not use the presence of Davis as an excuse not to pull the trigger on a trade to upgrade the WR room.
  15. He played a Supreme Court candidate in the West Wing. Excellent job!
  16. The Panther game was a showcase of Josh hitting those pitches, he’s got the scoop and delivery skills of a great shortstop. I agree Brady continuing to build his edge attack more on play options from that it will be a big plus over the bubble/swing passes that aren’t a strength and have gotten stoned too many times this season.
  17. 2 playoff appearances with 1 AFC Championship= 50% 7 playoff appearances with 0 AFC Championships = 0% Unless just getting to the playoffs is the goal (which it really shouldn't be for an organization).
  18. What's your point? Do u understand how politics works?
  19. I wouldn’t argue with this. The ACA was a lie. You can be for covering pre-existing conditions (I am) but the lie it would lower costs was intentional because they knew it would never pass without that lie. I don’t even know how capitalism survives the next 30-40 years if I’m being honest. Once AI destroys industries and results in massive layoffs, no one will own anything and most will be dependent upon the government for more than just healthcare.
  20. Wait our GM is from Norwood? Like Scott? We willingly hired a man with that tie? Oh no
  21. Is your Keon comp no longer Davante Adams???
  22. You’re a little slow on the uptake but it’s okay, plenty of time to figure it out.
