  1. Past hour
  2. 2 seed Bills facing the 7 seed Chiefs in Buffalo in WC weekend. What's your confidence level at
  3. i like to give a guy a couple drafts plus his own QB or a legit holdover (like Herbert, not necessarily Williams) before I make too many judgements as to his future prospects as hc
  4. Again, life is a matter of degree. So your point appears to be that getting hit in the head in a brutal attack with a hammer is funny because the victim didn't die, but premeditated murder is not funny and horrid comments about that incident therefore merit firing?
  5. And yet the results Brady has had with less talent are comparable. I was a Daboll fan too, less so Dorsey. But if Daboll had this roster his offense wouldn't work. We don't have the pieces.
  6. So he should be fired from whatever private sector job he has. Now we're getting somewhere.
  7. It's not eggs. It's groceries in general. And, while what you say about the cattle count might be true, nobody wanted to hear it when the bird flu was the problem.
  8. Here you go . Could it be because it was premeditated MURDER ???
  9. Your last sentence definitely holds some truth.
  10. The incident at Polosi's house was the opener for the 2AM Naked Hammer Fight Club.
  11. I'm okay with Donald Sr. firing him. I'm also okay with Don Sr. deciding not to. It's up to the employer. I'm on a board of a school where a teacher did lose her job last week for a social media post cheering Kirk's murder. I didn't need to offer an opinion, there are several clauses in their contract and the school handbook about social media posts and how social media reflects on the school. We got a lot of blowback from the public from both right and left.
  12. I think by far the biggest issue with Dorsey's offence was it was way too complicated and doesn't have much to do with putting it Josh's hands. I would say 1, 2 and 4 are more like Brian Dabolls , which I still think is peak Bills offence in the McDermott era. (2020 regular season and 2021 playoffs they were literally unstoppable)
  13. Like I said if he can be fired from his place of employment for his radical takes. Then fire him. If he can't then stfu.
  14. sure, but the core idea hasn't seemed to change. universities lean on the liberal side and were consider a place for debate, protest, etc. kids were killed on the campus of kent st. nothing new. what's new is the level of virulence towards everyone's political ideas, which is social media driven. any "protests" i saw were tame...it was nothing like the nonsense that happened at columbia, where i think the president of the university completely failed those students. it's also a different population than where i went to school.
  15. Yea the single most important ability a head coach needs is leadership. It matters more than Xs and Os. I think his media management is a red flag. But I haven't read / heard the locker room stuff. If that is bad too I think his chabces of being a success reduce significantly. No matter how good of a play caller her is. It is too early to say of course. And I think Poles and Caleb are partly responsible for the slow start in different ways. But as I said yesterday holding the team together if this season goes sideways will be a significant test for him.
  16. Not the issue. This is Don Jr., and the issue whether good applies to goose and gander, and if so, then why not.
  17. The Bills need to be able to have a conventional ground game. As great as Josh is this team plays in the elements esp in the playoffs and deep in December. This team has to be able to do bully ball. Dorsey's offense was as if this team had a dome and could play a spread offense. It put a lot on Josh and I think the best way to utilize Josh is to not ask him to do everything all the time. Just because he can do it all doesn't mean he should, if he has to do it all consistently it means the supporting pieces aren't doing enough.
  18. Only way knox sticks is a pretty substantial paycut - which he will be getting on the open market anyway. His cap hit for money already paid out is 7.5, and he has a 1.5M roster bonus due early on, so i'd expect it to be a pre-FA cut. Adding another year can allow you to spread bonus money further to lower his hit in 2026, but you only do that if he's lessening the cap hit in 2026 with a void year in 2027. He does block quite frequently, and is pretty good at it. He's also been a solid playoff performer.
  19. Nope. You changed the nature of the point. I said "at institutions of higher learning." Influencers nowadays can be anyone--professors, the Kardashians, and anyone with a microphone and an audience. Like Kirk. How much of his content is consumed at universities? My guess is a lot based on what I read here.
  20. Look if you want to say terrible things about the murder of Charlie Kirk, that's fine. Don't complain when you have to deal with the consequences. Is this a fair statement?
  21. No no. Biden didn’t get to use the bird flu as an excuse for egg prices. Trump has no excuse here. That’s the rule you came up with.
  22. Their moves at offensive line this off-season baffled me.
  23. https://www.democratandchronicle.com/story/sports/football/nfl/bills/2019/11/02/buffalo-bills-game-day-nov-2-1986-buccaneers-34-bills-28-hank-bullough-fired-bruce-smith/2096446001/
  24. I'm in the minority I think in that I like what Williams brings to the table. Yes, he gets turned around a bit at times, but I don't think anyone on defense hustles to the ball as well as he does. If he isn't making a play he's close to it.
