  1. Past hour
  2. Worthy might not be nowhere like Coleman is - but he's looked at as a Bust by fans. Even Reid hasn't been complimentary of him: Literally the only people who talk about him as anything special are Bills fans who still complain about trading him to the Chiefs.
  3. Could do worse this late in the year. I’d prefer the try to add at pass rusher with the anemic rush we’ve had. Maybe coax someone out of retirement or something. Though, I realize that’s pretty unlikely and difficult to do.
  4. Yeah that's pretty much what it comes down to. The NFL is too big for Ingram. Slay may be way past his prime but he's an improvement. Nothing to complain about with this move. He costs $350K against our cap and upgrades the depth, even if only slightly.
  5. good post. but I don't believe tariffs are going to fix anything. In fact, they may be illegal. SCOTUS still considering.
  6. He's coordinated a defense ONE season...20 years ago. And then double down with Daboll? This HAS to be satire.
  7. Colts definitely will make it in and i want them in because they are very beatable. Their strong start will propel them into the postseason. They just need to go 3-2 (and outside shot of 2-3 will have them at 10 wins.)
  8. Who will be caught first? DNC pipe bomber or those dastardly Qanon folks.....
  9. Gotta admit I didn’t see this coming. Be interesting to see how quickly can integrate him.
  10. similar story but a few years earlier. my starter home was 80k in rural MI. my wife loved a mid century modern that was 120k but we couldn't afford it. Those houses are worth multiples of that now. I was about 100k in debt from school. Paid it off as fast as possible. But if I were to do it all over again, in this economy, I'd likely choose a different path. Many are.
  11. Are people really bent out of shape replacing Ingram with Slay? With our playoff history? Seriously? My god
  12. They have to get themselves in tip top shape for the offseason.
  13. Yesterday
  14. I don't know Mike, there's been some pretty big checks going around lately...
  15. So weird I’ve tried that many times and that’s just not what I get from the same site 😂 I’m getting 76 every time and 99 for an 11th win if it’s eagles and >99% if it’s an afc win funny enough the chiefs Texans game has almost zero impact on the odds and the eagles chargers game is huge
  16. What’s your deal bruh?
  17. The whole AFCN needs to clean house.
  18. My god, the number of snarky and negative posts has gotten out of control. People complained when Beane couldn't make a trade at the deadline. Not he adds two players that can possibly help the team get better or at least have better depth, and people are still complaining. Grow the hell up, whiners.
  19. Can we just harvest slay for parts? Oliver gets a biceps , bosa a hammy, hoecht an achilles?
  20. I'll bet he did. I'm gonna check it out and let ya know what I think.
  21. I wohld laugh if the Steelers signed Elam though. The Bills getting anything for him from Jerry was a heist.
  22. Big Ben (Ben Roethlisberger) thinks that Mike Tomlin could "probably go win national championships" as a candidate for Penn State head coaching gig. On his podcast, Big Ben said, "Maybe it's time. I like Coach Tomlin. I have a lot of respect for Coach Tomlin. But maybe it's best for him, too. Maybe a fresh start for him is what's best. Whether that's in the pros, maybe go be Penn State's head coach. You know what he would do at Penn State? He'd probably go win national championships, because he's a great recruiter." Now will that happen? Probably not. His last college job was from 1999-2000 as Cincinnati's defensive back coach Tomlin is however in danger of breaking the league record 18-straight winning seasons. Fans are starting to get antsy with him as we saw the Steelers getting booed off the field last week in the loss to the Bills 26-7. "Here's what you don't do," Roethlisberger said. "You don't fire a guy like Coach Tomlin. He's a Hall of Fame coach. What you do is you come to an understanding and agreement. It's like, 'Hey, listen, I think it's probably best for both of us.' … Coach Tomlin's been here a long time. You would give him a statue, do whatever you gotta do, because he deserves it. He's earned it. But it's like, OK, it's time to find that next guy." Tomlin said 4 years ago, "Why would I have any interest in coaching college football? That'll be the last time that I address it. And not only today, but moving forward. Never say never, but never. OK? Anybody else got any questions about any college jobs? There's not a booster with a big enough blank check." https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/ben-roethlisberger-mike-tomlin-steelers-penn-state-football/
  23. Not at his contract. Not even remotely.
