The entire thing has me curious on the replay operation and access they have in the booth. Realistically, after the play ends they have like 20-30 seconds to “pull up the replay” and view it. Do they watch the play back from the beginning - or can they rewind to just watch the end? And how may camera angles would they have access to switch to? It takes me about 20 seconds to find my tv remote and change the channel so whatever they do must take quite the operation. -

I would never argue that New England isn’t a deeply corrupt organization, or that deliberate Gillette clock mismanagement isn’t part of that corruption, or that the league hasn’t been deeply complicit through “in the bag” officiating, just as it was for the Chiefs until they became a less interesting ticket to sell because Mahomes is declining…. ….but on this particular sequence, weren’t the Pats basically in field goal range after the Maye run? So the outcome would have been timeout and then field goal, and it’s still 24-7 heading into the half?

any further info on Gabe Davis being inactive yesterday?

Probably basketball. The rumor is that it was an emergency splenectomy. -
it’s funny about the refs, a few days before the first New England game earlier this season, I watched a documentary on youtube about Shawn Hochuli and his crew, and actually came away pretty impressed with all the preparations and study that they supposedly do intra-week. And then, the game happened 🤣🤣🤣

Game week thread - Bills at Browns

I wonder if Milano continues playing the Hoecht role. The dude had two sacks last game, 3 total on the season. He has only 13 less than the 49ers entire defense and Milano has played only what...5 games total? And is not anywhere near a regular pass rusher. Yes, you read that right. The 49ers as an entire team has 16 sacks. -
These comments can stand alone as pretty horrendous coming from the White House. So can the various Kirk comments and past situations. All of it can be bad and it is. Better in these situations to have a president take the high ground and not provoke more of this divide but he would rather generate these types of threads because it keeps him the news cycle. Don’t feed him.

McD said in his PC that they had no replay of the Boutte catch. How is that possible unless the Gillette stadium replay feed to the coaches booth is deliberately delayed??? Maybe McD meant to say they didn't have a good replay. But he said more than once that they had NO replay. If this is true then just like the headsets going out for the Steelers in Gillette, it needs an investigation!

Watching Rogers makes me realize that rivers didn't play all that bad yesterday. Especially being out of the nfl for 5 years -
Why are you deflecting?

You got about half your post correct... Replay assist came in and said Maye was not OOB and the clock should have kept running. Then the coaches have two options. Take a TO or there is a ten second run off. The Pats chose to do the 10 sec run off to preserve their TO as they were already in FG range. They never showed the game clock when Maye's knee hit the ground. It must have been at the 16 sec mark thus they 2 second were added back before the 10 sec was run off. The clock did fail to start but the Pats RB got down and they called TO before the half ended. They refs managed it correctly.

Bo Nix and the Bronco's Defense - the Toughest Out for the Bills?
balln replied to jethro_tull's topic in The Stadium Wall
2nd place schedule. And Chiefs have a down year. Raiders have never been worse. I don’t worry about Denver one bit. they struggled against raiders x2. And the jets. Their D is the same as last year. Well pound them only thing to worry about this year. Is the bills themselves. No more high variance. Just play mostly clean 3 games in a row -

Hey! No idea why teams run that terrible play where the QB holds the ball out there on the handoff to a single RB. The entire defense can see it coming. Sheeesh
