And here comes the obligatory "two things can be equally true" post (probably for the 10th time today). You're welcome! -

Arena was full. As far as price let's just say at least it was less than 1K :p. Got good seats when they first went on sale and think they eventually came down a bit (was partly a gift for my daughter - was on her bucket list) -
Who do we want, who do we need as our next OC/DC?

That's an interesting suggestion. Are you aware of the heavy criticism of LaFleur's offense currently taking place in Green Bay? I'm not sure it's justified because they've had great offenses in the past. Also it's a legit question of whether guys like LaFleur or (below) McDaniel or Stefanski would accept a coordinator position. Head Coaching salaries are guaranteed so they do have the option of smelling the roses for a season or two as they mull their options. Further, these 3 might get HC offers without having to rehab their reputations... it's hard to say. It's also hard to say if they're such football junkies that they'd rather coach than sit at home... maybe something like a "Senior Offensive Assistant" or "Assistant Head Coach for Offense" position. McDaniels is a twice failed Head Coach and he failed hard... 20-33 (.377). No way the team sell him as a Head Coach and he wouldn't make a lateral move over to Orchard Park unless the money was ridiculous. Schwartz strikes me as the kind of guy who still harbors HC aspirations. If Stefanski is gone after this season and the Browns pass over Schwartz, he could possibly be amenable to a DC position here although (and here's the big thing) McDermott would have to check his ego (insecurity?) and defensive philosophy at the door in order for it to work. -
ESPN NFL playoff machine up and running

Just get in. I really don’t care about seeding all that much. The Bills have been crap against inferior teams so it really doesn’t matter who they play. -
sleeping is better. So why open our eyes, get up, to take a dump?

Schwartz is a good D coordinator I’ve always thought that. I’d be down with any of your suggestions if we had to stay the course at the top -

You get a gold star and this is what I was hoping for. Realistically established coordinators don't make lateral moves unless they're on the hot seat... and if they're on the hot seat they're generally not considered prime candidates. So really for the most part, we're looking at those position coaches who are flying a bit under the radar of the average fan. Great mention. -

I've been saying this also and everyone keeps saying its the receivers. I agree with Greg Cossell! -

My son’s head coach was voted most outstanding youth football coach for the 4th straight season in the 7-9 year old division. I’d put him up against anyone currently making decisions at one bills drive based on what we’ve seen this year. Be glad to get them his info -
Disney and YouTube TV reach a deal
Ed_Formerly_of_Roch replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
I read someplace about entire Disney/ESPN plan is now included. Not sure what the extra parts exactly are?? As for price I'm thinking, Disney gave a bit of a price break to YTTV for the first year and YTTV will also eat part of the cost increase initially and will announce a modest price early in 2026. Then in 2027 have a bigger price increase. -

If either Mike McDaniel or Kevin Stefanski is fired during the offseason, I would be thrilled with either as OC. For DC, it’s got to be someone from outside the organization. Maybe Stefanski can bring Schwartz along. if you want to play some real 3D chess, fire McDermott and hire Josh McDaniel. It gives Josh Allen a real OC and sets NE back. -

I really don’t think either of them will ever change. They have proven it over the last eight years that they know better than everyone else in their minds. I mean, just look at the way Beane acted at the beginning of the year in that interview calling us fans and media fantasy football chasers and how McDermott never owns up to anything after he blows games with his poor planning and game management. It’s always someone else’s fault or we just didn’t have healthy players, etc. etc. But I can try to pretend an early playoff exit or missing the playoffs entirely in a year they were the clear favorites to get the 1 seed (ravens and chiefs basically handing it to us) will finally snap them in to reality that this organization needs to pour everything into Josh to win a SB for this city I will play the game though. Here’s hoping packers keep stumbling and Lafleur is a surprise fire. He’d make our offense awesome. -

There was definitely tension between the two and the belief is that Daboll left at "just the right time." Maybe they could patch things up. They did lose Schoen and Gray and they also lost Dan Morgan which I think was a big loss. That said I'm really liking the looks of the 2025 draft aside from not drafting a viable wide receiver prospect. With regard to personnel, I think the biggest mistake the organization has made is under-prioritizing wide receiver. Other than that, the roster is as solid and has as few holes as most teams... IMO. Realistically that's our best hope, I believe. And if it gets us to where we want to go, who cares? To me this isn't personal... I don't hate McDermott, I just don't ultimately believe in him so maybe if there are better people around him... -
A lot of people throwing stuff out there. Truth is nobody here knows what is going on behind closed doors at 1 Bills Drive. It's entertaining though. Some of these hot takes are cracking me up.

Here’s a name: Colts passing game coordinator (and former Buffalo Bill) Alex Tanney was with the Eagles as Hurts QB coach during his ascension. He’s now overseeing the offense of Daniel Jones who is having the best season of his career. -

Daboll got hired away so I don't think there's a real beef with McD. However we also lost Shoen and Terrance Gray? That's why we've gone down hill talent wise. Maybe BB says no to Dabs. -
