  2. No. Translation: Who the F cares about a concussion? Kid, get out there and save my f-ing job!
  3. A great/legendary band that I grew up liking, seeing them a couple times in the ‘70’s. Then like 10-15 years later, my mother and her generation started listening to them taking some of the hipness out of it. Same thing went for bands like ELO, The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac and others I saw as a teen in the ‘70’s that eventually had cross over appeal to the uncools of the silent generation in the 80’s and 90’s. If it had happened with Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and that ilk, then I don’t know what I’d do, but it might have been drastic.
  4. The difference is that Jordan demanded more from the organization he played for. Unfortunately Josh doesn’t seem like he is that type of player to ever confront ownership about personnel decisions. Josh is too much of a “nice guy” to a fault. There’s a reason why guys like Jordan and Brady were so successful. All they cared about was winning and they didn’t accept anything less.

  6. Do you understand what the term contributing factor means? I'm not saying he did that because of CTE... I'm saying it could he something he was dealing with and as a coping mechanism he could have went down a path of self soothing with drugs and alcohol, which ultimately could have resulted in him doing that... Like if someone hurts their back and then gets prescribed pain pills and then gets addicted even when using them as prescribed and then loses their job as a result and then gets foreclosed on and then has to live on the street and then gets arrested for robbing someone...and I say I wonder if them hurting their back was a contributing factor and then you saying "you can't be serious"...you know ridiculous and lacking humility or understanding your comment would have or lacking the understanding of how incredibly close any one of us is to that reality no matter how much you want to tell yourself you're different and somehow better than reality...well, same thing here in terms of how silly that comment is
  7. I just went and watched it from the sideline view. If the handoff is made, it was going to go for some yards.
  8. 😂😂😂 @swolwhogivesfukks
  9. It looked like it was blocked perfectly. Josh said the fumble happened because of a bad snap exchange. doesn’t seem like a coaching issue.
  10. What are we going to do without our feelgood Damar Hamlin story?
  11. I don't know if his reaction there is 'roid rage', CTE, PCP, or he's just fed up, like Ralphie Parker beating up Scut Farkus in 'A Christmas Story'. 🤔
  12. Barkley had a LOT of touches last year. That wears on a body. Historically, the year after a RB had a 2000 yard rushing season, there's a dip the following season. There are of course exceptions, but this was always likely the season he was going to have after last year. That and long stretches of games go by and they don't hand it to him. Play calling has been very bad for Philly this year
  13. Is this another panic thread? I can't tell.
  14. Finally a reply about the actual topic Absolutely no way. I don’t even think they lose one of those games.
  15. I mean, you could be right, or he could be right or Matt Van Swol could just be a random nobody she is ignoring. Why should I/we/us listen to a f-in thing Matt says? Who cares bud?
  16. Your second sentence is part of the reason why your first sentence is true. Just arrogant play calling IMO.
  17. Seeing the Moody Blues at the San Jose Event Center in 2007 remains one of my top 5 all time concerts I've ever seen. Glad I got to see such an iconic band.
  18. The handoff to Knox and the fumble was a real head scratcher They said Knox hasn't taken a handoff in six years...
  19. Imagine if the Bulls wasted Michael Jordan’s entire career with Doug Collins because ownership was simply content with contending…
  20. There's a history. A definite drinking history. These guys just get away with it a bit more due to who they are. There's been a few stories coming out on podcasts this week that revolve around "this guy can be an issue at times when he gets a few drinks in him". It just hadnt gone this far before. He was dating a high schooler while playing for the Jets, so not a great starting point as it is.
