  1. Past hour
  2. Oh geez I did block out Kelvin Doughboy Benjamin’s arrival here for a cup of heavy cream coffee and cake…
  3. Josh says this sort of thing about everyone. As he should. Example? On Mack Hollins: "'Super sad to see Mack go. I know he was kind of a fan favorite as well as a favorite in the locker room. I'm very happy for him and what he got. Hate that he's a division rival now but it's the game that we play.'" We could very easily see Josh making the same kind of statement about Cook when he goes after next season. Is Devin Singletary as good as Cook? Or is he just a good back? Because this offense was extremely successful with Singletary as our #1 also. And did Josh actually say, "It had to be done," about getting rid of Dorsey? I don't remember that, so I googled it and your post is the #1 thing at google with those elements. I think you might be misremembering. But if I'm wrong, I'd certainly respect it if you could link it. Anytime Josh is asked about a salary dispute about a guy still on the team, he's going to say much the same thing. Not that I have any doubt Josh would like him back. I'm sure he would (along with most of the roster). But he understands salary cap issues.

  5. Funny how no one is singing Glenn Greenwald's praises now. Hint: he seems to think Trump was no intellectual match for Bibi's hypnotic skills of persuasion.
  6. Cheap Trick was really popular when I was in my first year of college- 1978. Lots of people at college were really into them. I think they had a really great shtick. 2 guy that look like rockers. 1 guy who dresses like a geek but runs around stage, jumping off speakers like a maniac. And a drummer who looks like a manager of a Radio Shack but plays the drums fiercely, all the time with a lit cigarette hanging out of his mouth.
  7. Where are all these people "wanting him gone"? I suppose there are probably a few, but very few. Most of us don't want him gone, we don't want to overpay for him. And we think that $15M would absolutely be overpaying, and strongly suspect that Cook isn't going to sign for what we want to pay. He'll get more from someone, is my suspicion. No way. Davis and Ty are worth their contracts. Maybe a bit of an uptick at the end. And this isn't a run-first offense. It just isn't. It's maybe a pass-1A and run-1B offense. It's a you don't know what we'll do on any particular play because we can do what we want offense. Makes us unpredictable. And while it's nice to lower this year's cap number, that's not the only year that matters. They all matter. And overpaying is not a good idea, it just isn't.
  8. The thing that sticks most in my mind is Brandon Beane's end of season presser where he (rightly) said he did a "horrible job" putting together an offense for his rookie QB.
  9. Malachi Ervin is a 4* end! I really like the 25 class coming in too... Lembo is a real players coach !
  10. Like I mentioned Cheap Trick wasn’t considered “cool” by most in my group. First I heard ‘In Color’ was at my friends house where we parked for Bills games. His older brothers were biker types and always there with their pals, they apparently liked the album since they played it every game. The irony being Zander and Petersson on the album cover are sitting on Harleys, so maybe that was why they liked them? Being younger we didn’t say they weren’t cool, for obvious reasons. But that was when I started liking them.
  11. So was the tweet about “so much for Trump winning the Nobel peace prize.”
  12. Stevie Johnson did a Buffalo Bills piece of artwork for charity that got auctioned And my friend won it ... This was years and years ago it's actually pretty nice and it's hand signed
  13. Not even that constrained. A lot of his passes were just "Get open quickly. Pick the side that looks better to you." He really was fun to watch. He was a legit starter, a quality starter. Just not a top ten. 14 - 24 sort of thing, depending on the players around him, the offense, and whether he was behind or ahead. He was much better playing from ahead. More often closer to 14 than 24.
  14. 2018 is kind of an odd season it was the one season under McD that rhe team didn’t make the playoffs and the only things I remember was Allen hurdling over Barr in the Vikings domination game and beating Saint Doug and the Jags.
  15. It’s because most NFL teams can beat our current men’s national team at their own sport.
  16. I swear on some of those deep passes, Fitz didn't throw to designed spot as much as he threw it up for grabs and trusted/hoped Stevie would find a way to get under it.
  17. I can see Bun E chowing down at McDonald's too. The other people there, unless they know Cheap Trick, would never in a million years think that he is a rock star. We have the same taste in music. The 3 albums you mentioned are in my all- time favorites. Cheap Trick’s "In Color" is an awesome album too, imo. I bought Cheap Trick’s first album but I didn't get into it like the other 2. The only song on it that I really love is "Oh, Candy."
  18. Yes, there could be initial pain, as companies find their footing again… However, sometimes you just have to rip the bandaid off, and take the initial “pain”, so that the problem doesn’t compound, and get even worse for future generations to contend with… So, don’t get upset with the federal government enforcing the law now…Get upset with past administrations (Republicans AND Democrats) flouting the law, and allowing the problem to get as bad as it is now…👍
  19. Man, you really could see it.......snapped like a rubber band😧 Kevin Durant had the same thing happen when he was on the Warriors. The guy is trying to win a championship......gotta give him props for trying even though it probably will also cost him most if not all of next season Loved how Halliburton was standing on crutches waiting for his teammates to come back to the locker room after the game......hugged each and every one of them.......that's some leadership and character right there.
  20. Favorite - Knox Second best player on the team - Cook
  21. Gotta go with the Chiefs one, it’s got that Sheldon Cooper ‘The Flash’ vibe.
  22. Thats a mid 90s PSG shirt.
  23. Therein lies the problem, and why the NFL will never do it willingly. If they can get you to pay full price when all you want is one team, why offer a discount?
  24. Stevie as a slot WR in an offensive with Josh Allen would have been something special. Ran great routes in history!
