And even more elementary than that, you should understand the difference between the meaning of the words, "would" and "could." Also, you should understand the importance of owning what you say instead of weaseling out of it through equivocation and rationalization.

Who do we want, who do we need as our next OC/DC?

I think if you go back and listen to what McDermott has been saying the last 3 years or so you'll probably agree that this is ultimately the kind of offense he's been trying to create. Beane has been shopping accordingly. It's not an accident that we've arrived here. It may not look exactly how they drew it up but make no mistake it's by design -

https://heavy.com/sports/nfl/buffalo-bills/bills-mcdermott-reveals-plan-mecole-hardman/ Bills Looking to Use Mecole Hardman’s Speed General manager Brandon Beane put together a wide receiving corps filled with physical wide receivers with blocking versatility, but the group has struggled to get separation and left Allen facing mounting pressure from opposing defenses. McDermott hinted that the speedy Hardman can change that dynamic a bit, giving the Bills a deep threat who can keep opposing defenses honest. The Bills head coach also implied that the Bills may find some creative ways to use Hardman, similar to the way they utilized receivers like Isaiah McKenzie in the past. “Excited about that,” McDermott said of Hardman’s signing, via the Buffalo News. “You look at position flexibility, he brings some of that. The speed element is real, having gone against him. He hasn’t played in a little bit of time here, so we have to take it one day at a time, but I’m really interested in seeing how he’s going to help us.” Hardman is a three-time Super Bowl champion with the Chiefs, racking up 2,302 career yards with 16 touchdowns. The vetearn receiver said he’s excited for his new opportunity in Buffalo. “I’m glad to be here and they welcomed me with open arms, so I’m happy about that,” Hardman said, via Buffalo’s WGZR. “They’re definitely joking with me about the past matches that we had in the years, but it’s fun. I’m enjoying it … I’m happy that they called and gave me a chance and opportunity, so I’m grateful for that.”

Time to open it up no huddle Let's go Josh!!!! -
There was a change over the last year or two where instead of teams getting 3 K balls about 30-60 minutes prior to the game and having to work on them to get them ready during that short time, teams are now given 60 balls prior to the season so they have a LONG time to get the balls ready and prepared to be used in games. Essentially a special teams coordinator said it is like the difference between a baseball player having a new glove and only getting it a few minutes prior to having to use it to get it broken in versus having it for a month to get it ready to be used in a game... Essentially, they are able to get the balls in much better shape in terms of making it optimal to be kicked.
