  1. Past hour
  2. Jones also had his hands all over Shakir well before ball got there and he ran through the receiver, easy call and I was telling Pats fans last night on twitter to just sit down and shut up because Bills got screwed in our first game with 13 penalties including many drive killing questionable holding calls Pats also complained about PI on Coleman , replay clearly shows Pats defender pulling on Coleman's jersey well before ball arrived. I noticed many NFL pundits who also have podcasts were moaning about calls against the Pats, this is because Boston is largest market The fact is, if you take away opening series where refs gave them 7 points on dropped ball that was called a catch than this game could have been a blow out. I was not impressed with Maye who looks like another Mac Jones I would love to see Maye go against Texans defence
  3. This is great and so true. ps I didn’t know Patrick Dempsey was a Bills fan!
  4. Hopefully Fox News won't call him "divisive and polarizing." He was a political activist whose views I didn't agree with. Loved his movies though! May he and his wife RIP. This destroys his family in so many ways, super sad.
  5. "You can see the handful of jersey restricting the receiver, they're going to call that every time." - Every NFL Color Analyst Ever
  6. “Just give it to him”
  7. I may be in the minority here, but I don’t think they overturn that Boutte catch on replay. Too close.
  8. McDermott explained why there was no challenge: the Bills never got a replay before the Patriots snapped the next play. But let’s zoom out for a moment. When I was a kid visiting the Louvre, I overheard someone say every brushstroke on a painting was perfect. I got close, studied it, and told my mom I disagreed. She told me to step back, take in the whole canvas, and then give my opinion. So let’s stand back here. Vrabel has the stronger roster and one of the best offensive coordinators in the league. The Patriots were at home, playing their most meaningful game since Brady left. And yet McDermott and the Bills walked out with the win. You can nitpick individual brushstrokes if you want, but taken as a whole, that game was a masterpiece — and a credit to McDermott’s coaching.
  9. I had a minor medical procedure last Thursday and wasn’t able to booze up.
  10. Gotta say, the whole McD is a problem thing is getting old. 10-4 without a true number 1 and maybe number 2 WR. Many, many injuries on defense and they had an amazing game after the first half. McD has this team playing well. Yeah, need to start off faster, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s a terrible coach. As far as the job-review? He stated he saw it on the in stadium Jumbotron and it looked close. Replays had not been available to the team before the patsies hurried up to the line. Not sure why this is such a big deal. At the end of the day, don’t matter.
  11. My dog knows the word walk and goes bananas when I say it like all other dogs seem to, but I feel like now when I say "Bills game", he is also now thinking he is going on a long walk.
  12. I'm critical of McDermott but can we please just enjoy a big win. We all get it. Everyone is praying in the playoffs he doesn't have to handle another end of game management situation It's never going to change. He's also never getting fired. We're going to have to win a championship with the guy In the 2nd half, outside a bad run allowed because of lost containment, they allowed 17 yds on like 15 plays. Gotta give credit for the two big stops on back to back possessions. I don't trust McDermott but it cant be all negative and no credit. Is what it is.
  13. Hopefully they aren't just gonna look ahead to Philly.
  14. Yeah the Coleman call was iffy at best and Refs seems to call those irregularly when it happens all the time. Disliked that call the most out of all of them but glad it went our way.
  15. An Irish good-bye is never cool, especially when we were such good hosts. You say "Thank you,"...hell, you say SOMETHING to a acknowledge the hospitality.
  16. My daughter is home for college break and sat in my usual spot. At halftime she got up and I quickly took my spot back. She came back mid-way through 3rd qtr and wanted the spot back... I said no f-ing way.
  17. That was home cooking because we don't know if Pats had enough time to FG and clock just did not move. They should give away team right for 10 sec runoff when that happens and i guarantee that nonsense does not happen. Why only at the half and not during the game later in second half
  18. exactly!! people are griping about our poor receivers. why not get our great RBs out in routes against LBs?!
  19. I think some of it for both Milano and Tre, has to be timing and rhythm. When you are out of the flow of the game for a while, or limited in what you can do due to injury such that you can't engage in the game flow at 100% speed, it must take a bit to get rhythm and timing back to play at your peak even if you are full go. These are such great athletes the margins are razor thin.
  20. What a win! Bills played a great game. Josh hit Cooks in the bread basket in the first Quarter - that would have changed the game instantly. That was a big bobble. But I liked seeing Cooks can get open on that route and Josh can make the play. We will see that again! Our D played awesome! Switched up the looks at the line many times. Maye had no clue what was coming. Maye is OVERHYPED. I agree 100% with the many sentiments above - he is the definition of JAG. The Pats will lose to Balt and Miami. They are not a good team and it's December football. Lot's of whiny weenies on that team, Maybe being the leader. The Bills look to be en-route to the bowl baby. Best team in AFC and it ain't close!
  21. I'd say a mental factor was, maybe the Pats take the division this year, but it was hard to see Allen letting them take it by literally beating them this game.
  22. Well as I said in the post game thread was at the mountain doing ski patrol, and got home at 2pm so 2 minutes of the game and went out and chopped fire wood.
  23. So you crush him for the job he did in the first half (he deserves criticism) but you give no credit for the second half? There were adjustments made, so he does get credit for those decisions
  24. I thought his use of TWO defensive TOs was next level!!!
  25. They have the challenge flag for a reason. If his strategy is to rely on the replay assist, that is an even bigger indictment of him being a fool.
  26. That cannot happen and what is worse is McDermott in previous games has used timeout in the second halves of games, huge difference when Bills had the ball Vrable ran down the field with red flag and did not even need to use his challenge because play got overturned. Those kind of mistakes will bite you come playoff time and McDermott should have got a hint when the Pats were running to the line with huddling to run another play. The fact is had the Bills lost yesterday everyone would be talking about that catch on 3rd & 7. Even Gene Steratore from CBC said it most likely would have been overturned. I know the Bills pay someone to monitor replays and that guy should be fired.
