His career winning percentage is below .500. He has two winning seasons in five years. When he has made it to the playoffs his winning percentage is below.400. Dick Jauron, Lovie Smith, Brian Daboll and Jim Haslett all won coach of the year as well. It doesnt mean they are better coaches than McDermott.
