All of the Utica Clubs; he's had all the Utica Clubs. He's probably going to puke in the back of an Uber at lunch. -
i don't think that the teachers suck so much as the game has changed when it comes to education. if they can't get the backing of parents or certain admin, what's the point. my wife is a school psych, and a lot of her coworkers are great teacher, who legit care about the kids. Whether or not they can teach they way they want is the question for me. even years ago we'd see teachers hang on because of the ease of the job and money. my wife has an aunt that i think taught kindergarten or first grade, and was making around 100k a year. She just lingered around because why not? now we see nys teachers bailing the moment they hit their 30 years. not just retiring, but running in the other direction, with no desire to even sub. add in the lowered retirement tier system in ny, and it will make young kids think about going into teaching.

Issue with the FT shooting is Kyle looks like he legitimately has never shot a basketball before. The fact that he's floating around 50% from the line feels like a miracle. JJ seems to have the yips; always a chance he snaps out of it and remembers how to shoot but I'll believe it when I see it. So that's two guys likely to have a decent number of free throws that will be lucky to hit 50%. Kiyan will almost certainly improve though; he's been a low 70s guy his entire life. Would be weird if he's suddenly an atrocious free throw shooter. But the only way I really see us turning into a good free throw shooting team is if guys like Kyle and JJ become so scared of shooting free throws that they just stop shooting the ball and risking getting fouled and that's obviously an even bigger problem. We really just have to hope we play well enough that the free throw shooting doesn't matter as much. Definitely prefer this over the Buddy Boeheim years though where we could hit free throws but couldn't defend to save our lives.

He had 8 sacks last year, and 8 sacks in 2022. That’s not nothing for an “edge setter”. I never expect him to be a 13 sack/year guy. Maybe some frustration around here comes from unrealistic expectations? I know, you want more with the big contract, but he didn’t get paid like Myles Garrett, so don’t expect that level of play.

Someone stated it in another thread, but I feel it's applicable here. This team was built to beat the Chiefs, although it hasn't worked in the post season. My ultimate Bills' team, which would be comprised of any player from any team currently in the league, would include Josh Allen as the only Bills' player. Maybe Jackson Hawes as 3rd TE, Ty Johnson as 3rd RB, and Deone Walker as 3rd DT.

Doesn’t say much for AJ if we have bosa going with a QTip, doesn’t. Ugh. The guy that got shot at the hookah lounge when Lawson was there apparently is feeling better. So that’s a change. -
Who do we want, who do we need as our next OC/DC?

I think in order for McD to change he needs to let his coordinators dictate the game and roll with the flow as far as in game management goes. He tries to dictate how the game will be played instead of going with the flow of how the game is being played. If he just goes to head coaching and game management I think he will be just fine. Let the coordinator's coach and call plays with the flow of the game. I don't think this will happen though because McD is a control freak. I like a lot of the choices but I am going way outside the box for this one. How about Jimbo Fisher for OC- HC of texas A&M for a few years and ran a pro style offense using his TE's a lot with a mediocre QB (Keleen Mond), he also led Florida State the a National Champ with Jamis Winston. Fisher did call the plays and I think he would do good for Josh. Plus he is a little older and would probably be good at finishing his career here as OC for Allen. And Rex Ryan for DC - I think Rex loved it here in Buffalo and it sucks that it didn't work out for him. I think if he just was responsible for the Defense it would be a good thing. He always had good defense's in Baltimore and the NY Jets and I think Buffalo just got away from him early. I do think he would be good and it looks like he has that coaching itch every time I see him on TV. And McD has to stay out of the sand box and let these guys go to town. Fire away Mafia!!! -
They fully know most of these will be reversed. They're using the tools they have ..which is to throw up these roadblocks to delay and hopefully run out the clock. Not going to work in Florida. None of these attempts to bring these traitors to justice ever had a prayer in DC/VA.... Shouldn't have raided Mar-a-lago!

Indeed. What difference does anything she said or did make now? And yet you brought her up again, Anus Man. Gotta let it go. -

We went through the same situation Aug,2024. Augustus (Gus) our Basset Hound was 11 years old. It was one of the most difficult decisions we ever had to make. The sadness is difficult and definitely comes in waves. Just remember the good times you had with her and she had with you. They're only here for a short time. Which reminds me of a poem.... "People are born so that they can learn how to live a good life — like loving everybody all the time and being nice, right? Well, dogs already know how to do that, so they don't have to stay for as long as we do" It gets easier but sometimes for no reason out of the blue you'll think of her. Just smile and be glad she was in your life. Hell, I just teared up last week thinking about Gus. Not sure if you've ever read the Rainbow Bridge Poem.. https://vet.uga.edu/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/The-Rainbow-Bridge-Poem-Hand-Out.pdf
