  2. Great point. There is a lot of chat here that we need outside guys, we already have a slot and very few available snaps there, Shakir is a top slot And yet week after week we see actual top players getting their biggest gains out the slot - JSN as you mention, Puka appearing from there, Amon Ra is well over 50% slot, Olave and Chase 30% out the slot, Devonta Smith over 40%, CeeDee 33%, Drake London over 40%? Any why? Because getting a talented player a free release is pretty pretty good People can argue over Shakir's talent level, but its undeniably a waste to use a whole set of snaps and those free releases to park a guy at the line of scrimmage surely? That release should surely be used to get that guy (whoever it is) down the field on occasion? *Not an Xs and Os or scheme guy, pretty basic knowledge, so happy to be shouted down if i have misunderstood what is going on here - but i definitely see top guys coming out the slot with no-one near them - so there should never be any argument to not get talented guys because we don't have slot snaps available. We dont get anywhere near enough out of that spot - as noted its not even as much as Beasley was getting - its a bunch of low ADOT plays where Shakir sometimes pinballs off guys and gets 8-15 yards (which he is pretty good at to be fair)
  3. They're actually older in some key areas... Both teams are about the same in starting depth chart age
  4. Because he lost a step, still is an excellent wr , and clashed with McDermott over a philosophical shift on offense He's also weird and undermined Allen on social media
  5. There was supposedly a rift behind the scenes with Diggs and Allen(possibly McDermott as well) I don't blame Beane one bit for trading Diggs...the problem is completely neglecting replacing him with a legitimate #1 receiver since he's been gone
  6. Here's an in depth explanation: Inside the Stefon Diggs-Buffalo Bills divorce - ESPN https://share.google/8NYUQyZYrI3S88Aku
  7. No they did not release a memo on letter head that said diggs is actively trying to force his way out by being a pain in the butt to everyone similar to what we watched unfold in minnesota but I’d think you kind of recognized it happening
  8. Agreed. This is stupid. Not worth getting nuts about, because that only inflames the cult, but it is ridiculous. To this guy nature is just the place where he throws his Big Mac wrappers.
  9. It’s ultimately the same reason as to why he’s building a ballroom…ego. The guy desperately wants his name and face in things. It’s just who he is.
  10. And McD. And pretty much everyone else there.
  11. Because Josh was tired of him.
  12. If the Bills beat the Pats by two scores or more and it’s a clean game by the Bills then the pressure gets turned up big time on the Pats. All the narratives around the Pats season become louder and the young QB will need to show he is who all NE fans want him to be, the next Brady. I want to win this game but honestly the Bills are in a different place than the Pats, it’s Super Bowl or bust for the Bills. Even Pats fans admit this is a year or two sooner than they thought the turnaround would take. They will settle for a playoff birth and maybe win one game.
  13. To think that you were just coming to terms with the destruction of our beloved east wing of the White House. Now this unthinkable travesty. All my best. Hang in there.
  14. Things happen in medicine, but I often wonder about team doctors. Makes you wonder if they get the best of the best, because it seems the job might entail doing things against common practice. I’m not necessarily referring to this, but everything it takes for players to stay on the field.
  15. Honestly…what is this? I would never have even know this show existed if it wasn’t for this thread. Women really scare some men; don’t they?
  16. That's what the Chargers' doctor told Tyrod. That's what they said about the Chargers' doctor. 🤔
  17. I know we want this to be some sort of statement game that we're that much better than them, but they still played us very tough and even beat us with their crappy 4-13 teams. They have a very young team which we keep talking about, and experienced coaches with a lot of SB rings which we don't mention much. Its going to come down to turnovers and its going to be close. Some interesting stats that serve as markers as the game goes on: 63.2 percent of the time the team that score first wins, 2025 wins when leading at halftime: Bills .692 NE .846. First team to 24 wins 90.8% of the time. Turnover ratio: 0 Turnovers = 50% win rate. If you're +1 in that dept your win rate is 67.5% +2 is 81.1% +3 is 95.7% So we need to score first off a turnover, lead at halftime, then reach 24 first off another turnover. Easy! lol
  18. Doug Whaley was right, after all!
  19. It was just a little prick
  20. He was traded. What’s going on here.
  21. Roundy is weeping in his cheerios this morning. Sad.
  22. McDermott decided 'no more mister nice guy'. He had the team running punishment laps. 🙁
  23. I always thought that song was overblown, especially next to:
