By the time NE plays Miami, Tua, Waddle and Waller will all be injured. It's just the way NE's schedule has played out. The football gods are smiling on them. -
For only 300k, it’s worth the chance. Let’s see what he’s got.

I admit I avoid the Patriots' games and so shouldn't comment on their performance. My animus toward all things related to the Pats* was showing there. But what gives you away in turn are your absolutes, as in your claim that the Bills' anemic passing offense is "all about" the wide receivers and nothing to do with Joe Brady, which I think is ludicrous. We see what we expect to see. That might apply to me, but it also might apply to you. -
I’d sign Heyward and welcome him with a swift kick to the belly.

Pittsburgh didn't trade Pickens because he lost his starting job and played horrible this year. Slay was even an healthy scratch at one point this year. Howie makes moves every year that don't work out. Just like every GM. Just as an aside, is there somewhere that even says the Eagles wanted him back that I missed or is this personal speculation dressed as fact? In any event, what's best for the Bills? Pulling in a vet on the way downside of his career, or getting out promising looking first round CB the most possible snaps and on field experience before the playoffs?

Honestly.. I can’t think of anyone. DK has fallen off a cliff and even though he isn’t being used very well, has shown he can’t separate quick at all. Not what I want anymore. Everyone else is old and expensive.
-
Right, inside/ slot is usually who Cam matches up with slot WR, TE, Rb). Its cool, I dont think Slay is replacing anyone in our dime looks. Hea going to be our 4th outside CB, instead of Ingram.
-
I recall in post game, Allen said he threw to the wrong side of Gabe.

It’s literally in the data graphic. Just scroll down.. right below the statistic that shows 55% are foreign born and 36% of the “just as American as you and I” Somali’s don't speak English very well. And… again… the white people of these states that you constantly attack were born here. Their parents were born here. Their grandparents were born here. But you’ll happily deride them while finding every reason under the sun to defend mass importing government dependent foreigners. -
Gave never had a chance of establishing position and catching this. The throw is literally to the DB. Maybye the inside WR blocked Josh's view. That's the best I've got.
-
No thanks. Always is dragging an injury around and is paid like the top rushers but does not perform like one

I don’t know if I’d go that far. Are there plays he wants back, sure. That’s every coach. Does he get too cute sometimes, yeah. Overall we’ve consistently been one of the top offenses in the league though. Does Josh have a whole heck of a lot to do with that? Absolutely, but it’s no different than any other team who wins consistently because of their QB play. What we do in the run game and, off of that, the rpo game is really good stuff. He also has some really good shield concepts out of stacks that are nearly impossible to defend that are really good. Our vertical choice routes are good which is why we’ve seen an uptick in MoFC coverages, but overall there’s a lot of meat left on the bone in our vertical pass game. We rely too heavily at times on different levels concepts to the sideline whether that be Smash or Floods. Everyone here hates Mesh but it’s a really good concept vs both man and zone if the receivers understand what they are seeing from a defense post snap. For me, we run way too many mirrored routes for my liking and we hardly ever move the pocket. With as much as we run the ball we should have more pass actions off of those key run schemes.
-
Our defense is a bit complex for the safeties and linebackers, it is not complex for CBs. CB is one position in football you can walk of the street and play the next day.
-
Slay has always been a man coverage corner. In the offseason the whole change in the defense was going to be more man. Injuries have ruined that option. maybe as the team gets healthier or tries to at least and given the upcoming opponents they want the option to have an experienced corner to put out there to run some of that. what Pittsburgh’s defensive rankings are means nothing. They have first rounders all over their defense and it stinks across the board. So in essence the Steelers defense stinks as a unit and that is not the same as slay being lousy on his own merit.
-
If there wasn't a second inside coverage guy I could get on board but with Simm's idea but where Allen threw the ball was so far in front of Davis that really only the defender had a chance of getting there first. The best and only out I can give Allen, and in my mind it's reaching, is that somehow the inside WR blocked Allen's view of the 2nd underneath coverage guy and somehow Allen didn't know he was there. All that said when the LB blitzed Allen should have immediately dumped it to Knox.

Actually the one I go to is just over the line in West Seneca! I just stick to the title of the thread. -
The Steelers one is 75% on Josh and 25% on Gabe Josh made the wrong read/choice on the throw but it didn’t have to be an interception. If Gabe runs through there at full speed it’s either 4&2 or an incompletion. So it’s Josh fault for the opportunity but Gabe’s for making the result the worst possible
-
Slay was benched then cut by the team with the NFLs 31st ranked defense. And he may be 40 by the time he learns the complex defense we run. If he can in fact help, that would be great.

He's going to be Ryan Leaf after choking in the playoffs. -
Just send the link to the Bills IR list. It will take so long to load that it will crash her computer.
-
You know he is! Unless I'm wrong, Cam comes in and takes Milano's place. Taron stays on the field.
-
Just signing to collect yet another SB ring. The rich get richer.

I was hoping for a 35 year old. A 34 year old guy makes no many mistakes
