Eh, I get why Sean would turn it down. A distraction can be a fat pair of knocks in a teeny shirt walking by you, or it can be a crack cocaine habit lol its a spectrum. Its hard to preach lip service about 'no distractions' to the team, and then invite a camera crew in. We def didnt sign up for it, theres nothing we can do to change it, so im just gunna embrace it! Every single time my wife and I are on 20A there we say how nice it be to have a house on it for just the reason you stated. We always scope it out, but if something came up we could swing, the snow might scare us away at this point in life.

Sounds like the gap has definitely closed since then. After further research, I was thinking of the IFAF world championship that happens every four years. It started in 1999 and the US first played in 2007. The championship game was actually closer than I remembered, but before that, it was blowouts.

Lol Bama has three non conference games. Two of them are Louisiana-Monroe and Eastern IL. I half expect them to play a online university at some point soon. The tide rolled 352-0 over The University of Phoenix who participated over a Zoom call Saturday! The UP defense couldn’t stop Bama as they were not physically present. I don't disagree; just trying to differentiate between folks who consider it an unfair advantage vs folks who find it tedious. Sports require tension to be interesting and the NFL is on a torrid run of doing things that remove tension from the game.

I agree - it is also I think much more superficial now where they don't really try to create as many "dramatic" story lines or dig as deep into the ones they do make (which I'm sure is partly done to try to make it less objectionable to prospective teams)
