Ralph is pissed!

THANK you!

My fear is that all of the Jauron haters will miss the 2 bozo's responsible for the "talent" on the field- John Guy and Tom Modrak and those 2 will somehow escape unharmed.

Agreed Guy and Modrak are terrible at evaluating talent but than again when your only scouting DBs.........

We need a complete Overhaul but until the ownership changes we will be just like the raiders

What could he possibly be upset at?

This is RW's dumpster fire. He wouldn't allow DJ to be fired, balked when Peters made his contract demand, and re-signed DJ when everyone knew the man couldn't coach.

RW created this mess because he didn't want to spend his money on the right people. In the end, the convenient decision on 12/30/08 was to keep DJ. Now that problem has worsened to an unmanageable point.

The only question that remains is how will Ralph force Jauron to quit so he doesn't have to pay him $8m? I don't really see how he can tell him to fire Van Pelt or April, whose units have been putrid. Fewell's probably safe. Maybe Ralph can claim he wasn't of sound mind and senile when he gave Jauron his contract. Can't think of anything else, but there's no way Ralph eats Jauron's money.

I think you would be amazed at the change a GOOD Coach & QB could make to this team.

Yeah and

1) Two half-way decent OT's (sorry but Bell would have difficulty making others team's practice squads) amd maybe a quality center

2) 2-3 decent LB's (not the light-weights the Bills keep picking up)

3) A decent TE

Its all BS. Ralph won't fire him and even if he did, he would go the cheapest route to replace him

Yeah, Ralph is pissed. He'll be making jokes about it (the game) to Sullivan tomorrow.

What would it have really mattered if we won this joke of a football game. The two teams are a joke, their QBs and head coaches are jokes. Neither team should be playing in the NFL. The rookie mistakes by veterans are a joke. TE throws a 3 yard pass to Lee Evans with 23 seconds left and 30 yards to go for a FG? How utterly stupid are these players?

Many on this board touted our receivers as the best in the league prior to the season. Let me clue you in, they suck.... Parrish and Evans especially suck. I'd cut Parrish tomorrow, then I'd bench Lee Evans and start Steve Johnson. What the eff does it take to light some fire in these guys? If Evans doesn't pick it up after the benching I'd cut his oversized contract.

Bobby April must want to puke Parrish and McKelvin cost us three games on ST alone.

If you are going to base it on this season, Bobby April should be the first to go. Special teams directly costs us two games, fumbled a couple times in just about every other game and has numerous penalties, the most of any STs in the NFL.

I was amazed by this play myself, we need 30 yards with 23 seconds left and he throws a 3 yard pass to a wr when Cleveland was rushing 2 guys.

Or more to the point...23 seconds left and 30 yards to go for a FG, and that's the ONE time Lee Evans isn't running a deep route?

First of all, Bobby April DOES NOT handle kickoffs or punts. Do you REALLY need to tell a returner to hold onto the football!?!

Second, he has been great for YEARS, and isn't a rookie at this- you just don't lose your ability to coach in one season.

Most of our penalties have been OFFENSIVE LINE penalties, so don't try and blame April for that... if there is one thing I know, HE should be one of the few pieces that should be retained, not released!

I agree April is not the one with the brain farts out there. Until I see a play from the STs that wreaks of a bone headed coaching call I'll blame the players lack of execution and lack of depth.

The special teams has sucked a$$ all season - even after keeping crappy 'ST specialists' for April who are useless filling in at real positions. April is absolutely fully responsible for crappy ST play - just as Fewell is responsible for defense and Van Pelt for offense and Jauron for the whole mess. I'm so sick of the April apologists - he sucks the same as the whole lot of them

Ralph probably already forgot what happened today, he is at home with someone going over his bank statement with him.

Judging from the look on his face during the game, I doubt if he knew whether he was at a football game or an Easter egg hunt.

I remember driving home that night when it was announced RW had retained DJ. Soon thereafter, Mike Shanahan's firing came over the radio and my feelings could not be described in words.

Sorry to commemorate your birthday with a move that killed whatever chances the 2009 Bills might have had.

Oh man, that's right, it was the same day! Gah, that was galling.

I choose to look at it as the Bills' attempt at a birthday present for me, but they can't help putting that typical Bills touch on it.

Do you REALLY need to tell a returner to hold onto the football!?!-Parrish never held the ball, you need to make sure he knows not to go anywhere near it.

you just don't lose your ability to coach in one season.-Shanahan won two Superbowls, he got fired. Gruden won a Superbowl, he got fired. The list can go on and on of coaches who have had success in the past, but then got fired for not getting it done. This is a What have You done for me lately league.

I know he isn't in charge of the O-Line, but there have been several penalties on the STs, the most of any STs in the NFL this year. How about when the Browns had the ball getting ready to punt, and they were waiting for the quarter to end so they would have the wind at their backs. The Bills Sts weren't even on the field and had to waste a timeout so the Browns wouldn't just run a play-poor coaching. I never said he wasn't great in the past, DJ was a coach of the year, how is that helping him now? T.O. has Hall of Fame numbers, how is he doing? Kavika Mitchell has a Super Bowl ring, he isn't going to get one here. Sadly, the past will never help you win in the present. Right now there is nothing going right with this team, and drastic changes need to be made. Nobody is safe on this team. Knowing Ralph, since April is already under contract, he will be the next head coach, so they don't add another salary to the team's payroll.

The Bills seem to have the opposite of the Midas touch. My birthday is next week, so maybe they'll remind me again why this franchise is so inept.

I'm just enjoying other things in life right now, but it'd be nice if this team got something right.

Next week's headlines... "Jauron Fired, Kotite Brought in as Interim Coach - 'He's the man to turn this situation around,' says Wilson."

Happy (upcoming) birthday.

Love the Rich Kotite mention. If ever there was a coach in DJ's category, it was that guy.

Uh they showed a stat today that going into today we had more penalties on Special teams than any other NFL team.
