It’s just amazing how well coached the Colts, Bears, Patriots and Seahawks are. Looking at the rosters we have just as much talent as all four of these teams. What is the difference? COACHING! As crazy as this might sound, but Keon Coleman is the most talented receiver on this team. If he was on any other team besides Seattle, he would be the number one or number two receiver, hands-down. Aside from all the bad draft picks this team has enough talent to be at minimum 9 and 2 at this point in the season. I know the best solution is to let the season play itself out, but we cannot roll out with the same management and coaching staff next year. This has been such a disappointing season. I feel for the fans who paid their hard earned money to see the product that McDermott and Beane has put out there. But most of all I feel so bad for Josh Allen. Generational quarterback, just being wasted. Please Terry make the move and stop this sinking ship! Watching the early games that just ended. The Bills lack of talent at WR and on defense is very apparent. We are also using Shakir completely wrong. He can play on the outside with his twitchiness and speed. He has as much athleticism as someone like Wandele Robinson and many others, and they are running routes all over the field. We have turned him into a gadget guy. And we are ruining Josh Allen with the receivers we have and the complete incompetence and indifference of the O line. That was a ***** show the other night on every level but James Cook, and Kalil Shakir at the end. As for the defense , they are the pride of McDermott and Beane. Slow soft passive injured and old. We had better have our best week of practice coming up for the Steelers game. Whether they play Rudolph or Rodgers, they will be a tough matchup especially in Pittsburgh after their close loss to Chicago. And the Bengals certainly are not mailing it in either. Another thing I noticed is the Bills play with as little passion and fight as any team in the league. You just don’t see such poor effort very often in the NFL as we showed against Atlanta Miami and Houston. That’s on the coaches and the organization as a whole. If it doesn’t turn around over the next 6 games, we need a compete housecleaning. Sean McDermott is not leading us to a Super Bowl victory. He is a marginal X’s and O’s head coach, who refuses to change his scheme, and lacks a killer instinct. When clowns like Dion Dawkins are leading your team, you are in big trouble. I would take a John Fina over a Dion Dawkins every day of the week. The will, drive, passion and desire to win left this team w Stefan Diggs. And it is still missing. No one in the Bills locker room holds players accountable for their ***** performances. Instead we punish Coleman for being late for meetings. How about suspending Dawkins for leading the league in fatness and false starts?!! 2 Quote

THE Juan Castillo who is otherwise known as an OL coach. That was a big mistake. Basically the equivalent of Wade firing Bruce DeHaven in favor of pump-it-up Ronnie Jones. Disappointing to disastrous. Reid went from a winning team to 12-20 the next two years and then the future HoF'er got FIRED. Quote

Steptide Posted 59 minutes ago Posted 59 minutes ago It's a roster building problem if u ask me. Imagine we retained Mack hollins and also picked up George Pickens instead of Palmer and Moore. Imagine how much better this offense would be 1 2 Quote

McClappy is NOT leading the Bills to the SB. When I can sit on my barstool and tell the guy next to me what the play is going to be THAT is sad and even sadder when I am right about 7-8 plays in a row. The play calling flat out SUX! They should have told Brady to find his own way home from Houston......that was despicable. Those bubble screens are so readable. 1 Quote

Bills coaching staff just does not seem prepared have actual gameplays for the opponent they are facing. I thought our defence should come out against the Texans and their backup QN with a heavy dose of blitz packages to get some hits on him and get him rattled. We rushed 4 the first half and that is when he did most of his damage. Now I'm afraid next week against Pittsburg they will come out flat and allow Steelers to get ahead and then we end up chasing the game like against both the Dolphins and Texans. We need to start this game next week aggressive on both sides of the ball Quote

Success Posted 33 minutes ago Posted 33 minutes ago We don't talk about this enough: Why do most other teams have experienced coordinators - but we "promote from within?" I don't mind McDermott as a culture guy & HC, IF we had legit, experienced & proven coordinators. This is completely malpractice w/ a contending team. I don't know why we think it's "better." Quote
DanM Posted 31 minutes ago Posted 31 minutes ago GM, Coaches, and players: tear it down and start over before we waste Josh Allen’s career. Broncos did it and Elway won 2 Super Bowls. 1 Quote

Chaos Posted 20 minutes ago Posted 20 minutes ago I have a real question. The bills four losses this year all ranked as 8.0 or higher in the disappointment Richter scale. Did coach McDermott make any comments taking responsibility for specific mistakes? Quote

He's made some Dennis Rodman grabs....and it looked like something to me. So if he can concentrate on doing that, maybe his attention span will suffice. Let that be his craft. Quote
