Cincy is the only other team that has beaten us at all and that was at home in any case. 1 Quote

billieve420 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago If one or both KC/Ravens potentially miss the playoffs have to root for it. I don't care who they are facing. We get outcoached annually against the Chiefs and that running game of the Ravens is a bad matchup for this defense. Quote

Kind of crazy having been to 8 afc championship games in a row. I would love to see them miss the playoffs. The good news is either team losing helps the bills this week. i’ve realized that the more successful a team is, the more miserable their fan base is. This place is a grim reminder of that. Look how active this place becomes after a loss versus after a win. 1 Quote
TheBrownBear Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago It's crazy what a couple of weeks can do to a fanbase. Three weeks ago they were convinced they'd crush us. Now half the fans want to fire Reid and the other half are claiming Mahomes is washed! Quote

appoo Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago NGL I'm gonna be really pissed at who the Chiefs are going to be able to draft next April while the Bills draft in the spot of a team in the Divisional or Championship round Quote
corta765 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I think the irony of all of this is that last years Chiefs team feasted on statistical irregularity with one score games and circumstances they pulled way too many rabbits out of hat. This years team is fundamentally better on both sides of the ball and the numbers back it.. BUT luck regression is a b*tch and where last year you got the missed or block field goals or the turnovers or the last second drive etc none of that this year. Add in they lost some of the wrong games in terms of tiebreakers with JAX/BUF & no division chance it is a real possibility they finish even 11-6 and miss. 10-7 they will be out. With that said... until their dead and gone they are a threat the same way Brady & BB was. Quote

Mr. WEO Posted 32 minutes ago Posted 32 minutes ago 1 hour ago, wjag said: Last week you could not find a sane Chief's fan who believed Denver would be able to beat them. You know, Denver has beaten up on soft teams. The big, bad red machine was gonna put Denver in their rightful place. No way Denver would be able to hold them below 20 points, yadadada.. And then the come to Jesus moment happened as the FG sailed through the uprights as time expired. It only took a few days for the shock to wear off before Chief's fans began spinning a new narrative. Having almost certainly lost the AFC West crown, they are now pivoting to: Once the Chief's go on the road in the playoffs as a low WC seed, Mahommes/Reid will cement their legacy with a WC run to the SB. I know we should be allied with the Chiefs this week against the Ponies team from Indianna, but I so badly want them dead and buried. Another loss would all but do that. How many here, sane or not, believed the Fins could beat the Bills? And Denver isn't Miami (Chiefs aren't the Bills right now either)--they are one of the hottest teams in the NFL, having won 7 in a row before the Chiefs game. This KC loss was hardly shocking. Nothing like Bills/Fins. Quote
