Said it was a shiz pick on draft night. THIS has been my major frustration as a Bills fan: watching them make stupid decisions and KNOWING they are bad decisions in real time. It’s maddening.

I wanted Xavier Worthy at that pick or Ladd McConkey in a trade down.

But no, McBeane is smarter than everyone else because he got LUCKY passing on Mahomes (stupid) and lucking into Allen.

Yeah man. Glad we can put this to bed. Finally.

So glad we got Keon instead of a speed burner. Maybe Worthy isn't well developed yet, but he sure made his presence felt in the AFC Championship. He was a perpetual headache. Even Taylor Swift knew they got a good pick in the trade and that we screwed up.

Really bud? You went to quite the extreme on that one.  Assuming you work (maybe you don't), if you're boss reprimanded you for f*&^ing up and hurting your company, you just go yuck it up laughing and joking with your boys at the water cooler?  Even though your the one who is wrong and hurt the company/possible profits? I'm just saying, maybe he should be locked in and serious instead of playing grab ass and dancing.  Nice win today, GO BILLS!!!

Truth is nobody want to be around Keon if he was a sad sack and that's not how you build a team. I've been on a job that involves team work for over 20 years. If one member fails you try and build them up not make them feel under appreciated as that's one of quickest way to make them quit or not want to show they can improve. Keon took ownership to his mistake. Will he improve? Time will tell. Personally I'd want him around cuz there may be a time we'll need him and all we can do is hope he shows up. Whether it be on or off the field.

Motivating a lost coworker versus motivating a NFL player are very different.

NFL players aren’t going to coddle a dude who’s lost when it comes to being on time to meetings…let alone showing up.  Coleman’s inability to do the right thing in the building, and on the field shows he lacks maturity. That’s on him at this level of pro sports and it’s on him to fix it. Not sure he can, and would much rather he be benched until he shows he’s a true NFL receiver.

I think Keon was seen talking with Andre Reed in Miami.

If guys like Moulds and Reed can't talk some sense into him, I don't really know who can.

Once a player earns the label of being uncoachable, it's very tough to shake that perception.

Who said he was uncoachable?

Bust. We thought he was going to be a bust of how slow he is,which is still a big part of the problem. We didn't know he would be a cancer and a diva before he ever accomplished anything in the NFL.

He's a cancer?

Doesn't seem to upset about it.  F*&k this guy! He either doesn't care or is mentally challenged.  I'm kind of leaning toward mentally challenged at this point.  In hindsight, that whole cookie press conference and him talking about his special yellow coat are making me believe that.

F*&k this guy because you'd prefer he was moping? What if he's trying to buoy up his teammates and not drag them down?

Have you heard the guy talk?  Some find it cute, I look at it more like you.  Don't seem like a very intelligent person

You must be very smart.

I hope the Bills front office and coaching see that and sit him the rest of the year.  Hell send him home and just pay him, Don't want that attitude in the locker room

Which attitude is that?

Unless I'm missing something his profile picture has always been black so I wouldn't read too much into it.  What we should focus on is we took him on as somewhat of a project and I don't think he has the maturity or work ethic to ever be anything more than a WR4/practice squad player.

Never mind... they've already got the pitchforks out...

Dawkins shouldn’t be saying it’s his last chance. Dawkins is just another player, he doesn’t run this team, he doesn’t cut or trade anyone.

Perhaps, but maybe he knows more than we do about the situation, right?

Thank God we drafted a bum contest catching boundary WR instead of a guy who breaks the ankles of the DBs and gets open easily all while catching the occasional long ball..... but wE aLrEaDy HaVe A sLoT!!!!!

I wanted Ladd on this team so badly, however, I was willing to give Keon a chance.

I’m stupid with my chances.

My complaint about Bean is more about his roster structure and FA acquisitions.  He's part of the decision process that favors the D and didn't see a need to replace Diggs/Davis with an equally productive pair of WR's.

You may be correct but McDermott, not Beane was the defensive coach. Beane wasn't in Buffalo when McDermott traded the Mahomes pick to KC and drafted a cornerback. I think that McDermott's influence on draft day is evident.

I for one would rather see McDermott leave town than Beane. At least Beane convinced Josh to sign to stay with the Bills, and he could have gone almost anywhere he wanted. This would includes states with much lower state tax.

jmo.

Hard disagree.  Keon is child and Dion is an all pro vet. The fact that he said it out means it's that serious. I am a 25 year vet at my job. I do not have hire/fire power but I am the job lead. If I tell a guy get it together or you might be done go ahead and tell me your not my boss. See how that works out. I have managements ear and so does Dion.

Wonder if he’s just saying what others are saying in the locker room?

This is where forcing need bites you in the NFL.

the Bills went with Keon because we “needed” a boundary guy.

Now he sucks, and can’t play on the boundary.

Meanwhile, Shakir is limping around ineffective, Kincaid is out and we have a perfect opening for a Ladd to play 70-30 inside-outside.

I would like to try Keon inside while Shakir is hurt and Kincaid is out and see if he can reclaim some value before we ship him away, but who knows how he will do out there?

Many such cases.

Keep him on the bench

Keep him in Buffalo for Thursday.  That's where I'm at.  I've had enough.  The dance party infuriated me.  He doesn't take this seriously.  So he doesn't get to make the trip home this week. And in the offseason . . . adios.
