We cannot let a Pats vs Chiefs AFCCG happen this year.

It won't. It will be the Ravens vs ?

Looking at Vegas futures, Ravens are around 13/1 to win Super Bowl.  Great value if you ask me.

Still lots of football left, and anything can happen…but one of the scenarios that has crossed my mind is the Bills finishing as the top Wildcard, and the Chiefs the bottom Wildcard.

If the Chiefs got past say…Indy or Denver in the Wildcard round, what would your confidence level be in them beating the Patriots the following week?

With the way both teams are playing right now…if KC mostly plays that way to the end of the season, my money would be on them because this is the first kick at the can the Patriots have had from a top position since TB12.

On one hand that would make me really nervous, the Chiefs blowing past teams on the road, but on the other…if the Bills beat the AFCN winner and then whoever in the Divisional round, the last game of the season before the Super Bowl would be at Highmark Stadium

I think a lot has to do with how the Bills show against the Pats in their building . They played them Okay here but came up just short of the victory & I was at one point thinking when the Bills go to their house the game would be much different especially after the Chiefs game .

But the Pats ain't no joke and if the Bills don't bring it they won't be at the top and a wild card will be all they have so to answer your question I'm just plain nervous all the way around because what we thought about our team going into this season isn't anywhere close to what reality has delivered to this point .

The Pats have had a remarkable season, but the fairy dust will likely be gone by the playoffs.  They'd have a very tough time w/ a seasoned team like the Chiefs.

No it won't, keep telling yourself that lol

Patriots are this years Commanders

They'll lose big in the AFC championship game

No they aren't, they are the 2025 Patriots

That's my thought as well.

Chiefs would beat them.

Not booking it. Not even buying it. I give the Pats a 25% chance at the division and a 25% chance in their first playoff game, whoever it's against.

It doesn't matter what your buying lol, id imagine you have been wrong about this season up to this point

I'm not worried about the Patriots this season. They have a crazy easy schedule and if we can't take them out, someone else will.

I am worried about the Patriots in the future. They may have leap frogged us in one year. Their coach is very solid, they're basically playing with spare parts and have a ton of cap room. They got huge value at WR out of Diggs. They get a little bit more time to play around with Maye's rookie contract so expect this offseason to be massive for them.

McDermott is basically Vrabel's B word at this point. He absolutely knows how to slow down Josh and he is great at running it down our throats. I think this is a terrible matchup moving forward and it should be reason number 58 why we need to move on from McDermott before this whole thing is too far gone.

KC would beat them silly, and Drake Maye could just as easily be the next CJ Stroud as the next Drew Brees.

I hope you're right, but Maye has been doing more with less than CJ Stroud's good season.

Chiefs would smoke the Patriots. I think Mahomes has been waiting for the rematch ever since Brady beat them in the AFCC game. I don’t think they’re a good matchup for them

Well right now the Pats would face the Bills in Gillette if the playoffs started today. Now could that Pats beat the Chiefs of course they only have 1 WR to worry about and Gonzo be on him most if not all game and the Pats have the best run D in the league. As for Pats O v Their D that’s a wee bit harder they have some good talent up front but the Pats have a couple good RB that could gash them and 1 who is an obvious HR threat..

This all said in the end I’d be shocked if they won against the Chiefs not because of their coaches I think the coaches cancel eachother out but rather because the Chiefs know what to do to win in the playoffs and the Pats have a lot of young inexperience players.. doesn’t mean they couldn’t win just more likely KC walks away with a W… but the fact they are in the playoffs make most fans here happy and it would be a. Very successful season.

Patriots are winning the Super Bowl this year. Its our punishment for being fans of this team.

Tom Brady will in in Santa Clara, just down the 101 from where he grew up, to usher in the new dynasty.

Robert Kraft will be seen exiting one of the Thai Massage Parlors of San Jose before putting his greasy hands all over the Lombardi.

Chiefs would likely butcher the Patriots if they met in the 1st round. Come playoff time they become a different animal altogether as we should know.

But the Pats still have flaws to be exploited and with preparation can be disemboweled.

Ravens have some tough games coming up, including 2 Burrow Bengals games, Patriots, Packers, and Steelers twice if you want it (Pittsburgh always plays them tough even when they're bad)

Every one of those teams will be playing all out to win because they need the W's for division races, seeding, etc.

It's no guarantee that the Ravens suddenly became inevitable

If they are some juggernaut and beat all those AFC teams then it just helps us

Everyone keeps forgetting about the Ravens.  That team is going to storm back into the picture over the next few weeks.

Yes, I believe the Chiefs have a great shot at going to the Super Bowl again... even as a Wild Card.

The Colts, Patriots and Broncos are all paper tigers at the top of their divisions.  Will finish with great records, and get eliminated early.

No, I don't think we make the playoffs.

Yes they would. Playoffs is a new season, and KC's team is full of killers.

Bad weather part of the season starts now, and it remains to be seen whether this NE team can play in the cold and lousy weather.  That's also why I don't buy the Colts just yet.

Bills have the best cold weather/bad weather QB in the AFC, and perhaps the league.
