I’m sure he is. Tore his MCL and PCL, so he’ll probably need surgery followed by Physical therapy.

Terrible and unfortunate injury.

I swear  it looks like Mathis dove into his legs late for no reason and then a dolphins player got thrown on to his knee after.

I feel for Jackson.

I wonder if he ever has taken steroids in the past. If he has had multiple similar injuries in college then that is a massive flag. Much have rather selected a WR with the 3rd than select Jackson.

I’d rather have selected a punter.

He had ACL injury history in college and now this.

This team has no idea what they have in this kid or what he could possibly do on the field after rehab and maybe being available next season?

That is two draft picks lost to long term injuries and one in Dorian Strong that sounds like a career ending injury.

Bad breaks for them and sucks for the team.

Makes you wonder just how many players does this team need on defense to make it thru a season without losing most of them along the way?

But he was a team captain in college.

So that’s why Sean/Beane allocate the drafts more to defense… maximize players and cost efficiency!

Yeah, if reports heard by the OP are true, he's done.  I don't think the recovery for the PCL and MCL is quite as long as for the ACL, but he's certainly not coming back this season or the playoffs.  I think he might be fully recovered for the preseason.

Nice video clip, but I think its Kingsley Jonathon who will get activated from the PS.

Have they announced that it's definitely surgery?

If he has lower grade tears, he might still get back this year.  Probably overly optimistic to dream of that, but that's where I'm at.

I am at a loss, as Kincaid an offensive early pick looks like he could be the real deal coming on at TE, but yeah...injured again.

What do you do?

Do these guys need better strength and flexibility training or some kind of hoodoo cleansing ritual to ward off the bad juju?

No clue man. Josh stayed healthy all those years, most of the offense too.

Defense is where the bulk of the injuries of this team land during McD’s regime.

We are supposed to have one of the best strength and conditioning facilities in the league… 🤷‍♂️

Bills are 0-3 in games when he's suited up. Based on everything I've read and observed since he arrived in Orchard Park, it seems he's a bust.

If I worked out there I would still get hurt in an NFL game

The media spin on Jackson was that he was never being counted on for this year. But with both Bosa and AJE having expiring contracts the plan for him was always for the 2026 season. Poor use of a 3rd round pick but ok.

Now, it looks like he will miss a lot of if not all the off-season program. So next year, he won't likely be ready to be full go, leaving it kind of a potential lost season working his way back.

But man....in 2027...LOOK OUT!

My theory on many of the defensive injuries used to be the aging roster.

I also thought that we were too light overall with the Beane and McDermott preference for lighter quicker DL players and LBs.

We did not match up as well with bigger more physical teams and guys were trying to do too much - it seemed to fit with the kind of DL and LB injuries. Torn biceps and such seem to support guys not physically able to shed blocks or trying to arm tackle guys getting past them.

But some are just freak injuries. I mean Hoecht was injured and I think he was just taking a step with no contact.

Still, even with having to throw together a defensive roster with rubber bands and bailing wire, I think the D did enough early in the Miami game to give the offense a chance to get back into the game.

Yeah we missed out on Pat Bryant.
