This regime is bad at picking offensive coordinators

We have had amateur hour since Dabol left. Hiring in house was a criminally stupid decision. You saw the Dolphins carve us up with inferior talent at QB today because their offensive gameplan elevates their whole offense and gives them the best of a bad chance to win.  Our OC and his gameplan  neutralizes our offense and takes away our best weapon in Allen. Beane did nothing at the trade deadline but even if he had, how would vanilla Brady and his high school offense use Waddle or Shaheed? We let go Diggs and then the absolute best for the low money receiver in Hollins and replaced with what? Guys who have had little impact. Its just repeated stupidity that is finally coming home to roost.

I disagree.  Ask Bobby Slowik how quickly the “hot” offensive coordinator can fall from grace. Brady’s only chance to be a HC next year is in the NCAA.

I agree here. It's the same people I'd imagine who bought into "everybody eats". We all knew that Buffalo was going to promote from within and I'm sure that'll do it again if Brady's gets canned (he won't though).

As weird as this sounds I would agree. Our offense looks like one from my high school football team where we would run on 99% of all offensive snaps. When I innocently asked the coach why dont we pass some more or do some reverses, etc he looked at me in fury and replied that it was "too complicated". LOL I guess it was!

The offense just looks lethargic at times. It's starting to look like Ken Dorsey's offense. It was actually unbelievable, the pace in the 3rd Q, down 16 playing ball control, killing the clock against themselves. ZERO urgency. We need to get back to mixing it up with some hurry up. That's when the offense started to look good. Too little too late. Brady is pissing me off.

He hasn’t been great. He’s still considered a very good candidate. The Bills were leading the league in yards & were 2nd in points entering today. They did that with the worst WRs in the league. Do you think that teams/programs think that offense is underperforming its talent?? He will have multiple options.

Dorsey liked to fling it. It’s like the total opposite of Brady. D only gotta cover a partial area of the field though so it makes life harder

I’m not absolving Brady. However, we all know they have absolute horse ***** at WR and have for the past two seasons. They’ve actually have had success with that horse *****. A lot because of Allen. But I’d like to see this offense with higher end weapons. Hell, they run 3 tight end formation a lot. That is not good. Not when you have Josh Allen as our QB.
