Im going to bristle at the insinuation because I don't see she having done anything wrong that's all I don't think she's done anything wrong at all either SHe's allowed to love her man But Josh Allen if we want him to bring super bowls to Buffalo he has to be football all the time. quarterbacks don't win super bowls unless their life revolves evolves around football These guys live sleep and breathe it... To a degree that could be considered extreme Edited 4 hours ago by Buffalo716 Quote

Results in quick pressure, nobody open to throw to and as the game goes on Josh gets happy feet because he's not trusting the protection. Josh needs 3 yards of separation to possibly complete a pass, meanwhile Dalton was completing passes with 2 feet of separation. Get a grip, Josh is not playing well. I hope he gets better. Go Bills. I think coaches have drilled into his head don't scramble and take hits. As a result he takes off one second later which is all it takes for the gap to close. I think he’s slower personally. 9 minutes ago, GoBills808 said: Plaxico Burress >>>anyone we have at WR they also had Shockey iirc So no we definitely did not have more offensive talent than the Giants It was also the most improbably Super Bowl upset in history. Against Atlanta and against Carolina today Allen fired 3 great passes to WR's at the boundary that just missed being in bounds. I believe all 3 would have resulted in 3rd down conversions had they been caught. I am very confident that Diggs & Davis catch those 3 passes keeping their feet in bounds. I watch a lot of football, both NFL & college, and the good WR's make those catches. In fact last season Cooper made a couple of those kinds of catches at critical moments. We are 7 games into the season and I can't recall a Bills skill player making an exceptional catch. Maybe the Coleman snag of that batted ball against the Ravens but where I often see multiple WOW catches made in almost every NFL game the lack of those kinds of catches in Bills games goes a long way towards explaining the passing game struggles. Thankfully, Shakir has had a couple of elite RAC moments or we would really be in trouble throwing the football. Josh is off the last three games, but the wrs are just trash right now. I loved the o today, but what I still saw was a big lack of passing to backs and ends. There were like what, 6 or so targets to them? That's a lot of yards left on the field Also, we have one single wr that Allen trusts playing right now, and shakir is a small not super fast slot guy. That's not much for a d to take away. It's not a huge matter though, if we go jumbo and stay two dimensional out of it we can pass or run with insane success. Gilliam (who is blocking like an all pro) will be open for passes whenever we want to throw them. He might shoplift a tub or two in the playoffs. 1 1 Quote

I would prefer to build the team around their best player, but the team has obviously not done that. I think building around your franchise QB generally gives your team the best chance at winning. I would rather have some actual NFL talent at WR, and maybe 30 to 35 throws a game. Cook could still get his 20 carries, and he should be a way bigger factor in the passing game, also. This team is not realistically challenging for a Super Bowl without Allen being their best player, in my opinion. I am fully on board with that. I seriously hope they go get a #1 wideout in a trade this week. Then I hope they draft another one in the first two rounds of the draft. 3 Quote

Josh is literally going thru multiple reads and no one is remotely open. What is very concerning is how often we are throwing horizontally vs vertically. Where are the speed crossers from Samuel or Moore? Delayed drags by the TE’s? Release to the RB’s? Ty Johnson passes out of the backfield against a LB we’re money last year. I haven’t seen anything like that called. And lastly, it’s criminal Brady isn’t using Cook in the passing game! One would think we a strong running game, play action would be an offense strength! Our passing game looks like a grind, compared to so many other offenses. When the last time you remember Josh having an easy throw to a WR? We are getting NOTHING from Samuel, Moore, Coleman and Shavers. And that’s the real issue right there. Bills should be on the phone with Jacksonville. Keon a 2nd and a 5th for Bryan Thomas jr. 1 1 Quote
Coach Tuesday Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago He has zero margin for error because he has the worst group of receivers in the entire NFL. Brandon Beane is criminally negligent. 1 5 Quote

BTJ is off right now but he’s worth it Quote

I believe that.. we have more offensive talent than that Giants team Which had an old plaxico burress, an old Armani tumer and their number three wide receiver one for 300 yards That Giants team won because it was lead by a hall of fame DE, and had 4-5 superb pass rushers. Also had Brandon Jacob's which at the time was a poor man's Derek Henry. Plaxico was still a 1000yd 12td guy, far from washed. Also caught the game winner if I remember correctly. Quote

If Dalton Kincaid didn't get injured he might be a thousand yard 12 touchdown guy this season Just like Brady with gronkowski if he plays 12 games on the regular season but is healthy for the playoffs that's all that matters Yes plaxico burress caught the game winner.. but if you're going to have barely 2,000 yards out of your top four wide receivers I bet the bills have more Edited 4 hours ago by Buffalo716 Quote

Not an easy catch, but the type of play that makes it into your SB highlight tape. And here we are and he's banged up again this year. I have to see it, and can no longer play the what if game with these guys. Quote

Listen I just bought an ed Oliver Jersey and I don't buy jerseys The only two jerseys I bought in 15 years Josh Allen Ed Oliver And now Ed looks like he's done again.. like he's a terrific football player damn People think we need to trade for a wide receiver maybe we should inquire about a nice defensive tackle? Tennessee Titans defensive tackle can't think of his name right now and I like using my brain not googling stuff lol But he was drafted ,8 pics after ed Oliver and has been a game record in a 4-3 and 3-4 Justin Simmons I'd make the call Edited 3 hours ago by Buffalo716 Quote
Saint Doug Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago My guess is he’s going injured. He hasn’t been on laying his normal self since the pats. We see this from time to time and it comes out later he had a broken hand or leg. Let’s just hope he can hobble along to salvage the season. There’s too many great teams this year not named the Chiefs or the Ravens. Quote

No QB is perfect on all throws and Josh always has a few "what was that"'s? But it's been more than usual. And it's coming at the worst time bc it's not like we have open pass catchers on a regular basis where we can afford to be missing them when they're there. Which sucks for him that he has to take criticism in large part due to things he can't control. But it is what it is. He's gotta stop missing the mark as much as he is. The throw to his left to Elijah Moore about 15 yards down field, late in the 1st half I think, who was wide open he missed brutally. That was rough. I could have put that in there better. Joah doesn’t play in a QB friendly offense. We don’t come out trying to throw all over the field. Other than Shakir, who we don’t use properly, (he is notch or two below Jamar Chase, but dam good ) we have noone at WR who even worries a little (let alone scares) defenses. That being said, Josh needs to be a little more aggressive w his throws. He doesn’t just let it rip like he used to. He needs a little Jameis Winston/Fitzie in him. It’s called ego. He needs to tell the coaches this is what I want to do. He is better than McDermott. He needs to start acting that way a bit more. Quote
