But Josh Allen if we want him to bring super bowls to Buffalo he has to be football all the time. quarterbacks don't win super bowls unless their life revolves evolves around football

Josh is off the last three games, but the wrs are just trash right now.

 

I loved the o today, but what I still saw was a big lack of passing to backs and ends.   There were like what, 6 or so targets to them?  That's a lot of yards left on the field 

 

Also, we have one single wr that Allen trusts playing right now, and shakir is a small not super fast slot guy.  That's not much for a d to take away.

 

It's not a huge matter though, if we go jumbo and stay two dimensional out of it we can pass or run with insane success.  Gilliam (who is blocking like an all pro) will be open for passes whenever we want to throw them.  He might shoplift a tub or two in the playoffs.

Honestly I’d like to keep Keon. Give them Curtis Samuel and throw in Taylor Rapp since they want secondary help and we don’t need any more friendly fire injuries. And I would be fine giving them a first. BTJ is off right now but he’s worth it

That Giants team won because it was lead by a hall of fame DE, and had 4-5 superb pass rushers. Also had Brandon Jacob's which at the time was a poor man's Derek Henry. Plaxico was still a 1000yd 12td guy, far from washed. Also caught the game winner if I remember correctly.

If Dalton Kincaid didn't get injured he might be a thousand yard 12 touchdown guy this season 

 

Just like Brady with gronkowski if he plays 12 games on the regular season but is healthy for the playoffs that's all that matters

 

Yes plaxico burress caught the game winner.. but if you're going to have barely 2,000 yards out of your top four wide receivers I bet the bills have more

I agree. The problem is that you have to give up something to get something. Samuel has zero value. And with that contract?  I don’t think they would want him. I know I wouldn’t.

I really like what I've seen from Dalton to start the year, unfortunately he was banged up most of last year, and like it or not, the season ended with a ball going through his arms. Not an easy catch, but the type of play that makes it into your SB highlight tape. And here we are and he's banged up again this year.

I have to see it, and can no longer play the what if game with these guys.

People think we need to trade for a wide receiver maybe we should inquire about a nice defensive tackle? Tennessee Titans defensive tackle can't think of his name right now and I like using my brain not googling stuff lol

 

But he was drafted ,8 pics after ed Oliver and has been a game record in a 4-3 and 3-4

My guess is he’s going injured. He hasn’t been on laying his normal self since the pats. We see this from time to time and it comes out later he had a broken hand or leg. Let’s just hope he can hobble along to salvage the season. There’s too many great teams this year not named the Chiefs or the Ravens.

And it's coming at the worst time bc it's not like we have open pass catchers on a regular basis where we can afford to be missing them when they're there. The throw to his left to Elijah Moore about 15 yards down field, late in the 1st half I think, who was wide open he missed brutally.  That was rough.

Joah doesn’t play in a QB friendly offense.  We don’t come out trying to throw all over the field.  Other than Shakir, who we don’t use properly, (he is notch or two below Jamar Chase, but dam good ) we have noone at WR who even worries a little (let alone scares) defenses.  
 

That being said, Josh needs to be a little more aggressive w his throws.  He doesn’t just let it rip like he used to.

 

He needs a little Jameis Winston/Fitzie in him.  It’s called ego.  He needs to tell the coaches this is what I want to do.  He is better than McDermott.  He needs to start acting that way a bit more.

From last year we lost a semi productive wr that was better at blocking and another wr we traded for that did nothing and the wr room declined? I wonder if it's more about the routes and schemes or calls than the players.
