I really feel for Bucs fans including my two sons.  As some of you know I live in Tampa now, and all of my friends down here are big Bucs fans.  Evans has been so consistent for so long.  As some know he’s had the most consecutive 1000 yard seasons in the history of the league.

They won a Super Bowl a few years ago and got to watch Hall of Fame talent the last decade. I’ll give them something to touch if they are upset.

Sammy watkins over Michael Evans...

Trade up for Watkins and missing out on Aaron Darnold even if we stayed at pick 9 if want to play devil's advocate.

Wow it didn't take weeks to research the injury.

I picture McD in front of his computer reading a clickbait article called '5 Weird Tricks to help your Neck'.

Sammy Watkins over:

Khalil Mack

Mike Evans

Odell Beckham Jr

Aaron Donald

Davante Adams

(and for what it's worth, we picked Cyrus Kouandjio over Davante Adams too)

OBJ was never in my interests. Watkins I drank the Kool-Aid.

I was hesitant on Watkins though because I'm too old school. 6'+, 200lbs WRs are a minimum for me as a boundary wr. You can't coach size. Speed they say can't be coached but playing speed is different than track speed and you can work with speed development and coach speed!

Yeah, OBJ probably wouldve been a PITA in Buffalo, but I was just pointing out missing on talent. No reason to trade up with all that other talent at the position sitting there.

No, I get it, I wasn't on the Watkins train because a SI article came out showing that he wasn't like other previous #1 WRs that came out. I was hoping we'd instead take Eric Ebron as felt needed a TE. I suppose I can say we lucked out but gotta wonder if we did take Ebron would we had kept Sammy Watkins and/or never trade for Mike Williams (from Tampa) etc. etc. So many butterfly effects if think about one draft selection cane have on an individual team and/or the league in general.

i heard from two sources a lot of Watkins issues were well known about in the league by teams who did the deep dive into him and this aligns with some things that now make sense. drug usage and connections to ties of drugs/dealers in his hometown - whaley was the GM and not to go too far to bash him but his morals and fiber were flexible if nothing else. he would have been one to overlook such an issue while others knew that watkins enjoyed coca cola, "allegedly."

I think that and his early foot injury robbed him (as think in retrospect he forced himself to return too soon to prove his worth) of long term success. Sad really as he was a really talented guy. Yet as we've seen time and time again it's not just the physicals that matter in the NFL.

Broken bone is a tad more simple to figure out in comparison to a shoulder or knee joint.

Is it really?  I knew my knee was in need of surgery after one visit. X-ray or MRI and boom there it is!! Surgery.

Dang. I feel ya though. I have a herniated back. Causes sciatic pain and half my foot is numb daily. I'll need that repaired at some point but not doing back surgery anytime soon. Freaks me out.
For me it was mcl tear and water cysts. went the first time and they didn't fully repair it. I found that out when I had to go for a second surgery and the surgeon told me award's that the first dude didn't do his job. Comforting.

Crazy thing is with Evans, Godwin and McMillan all out, they still arguably have a better WR room than the Bills.

No arguing about it...they do. Lol

I don't.

They have won two SB's in twenty three years. Have had great QB play for six plus years now. Are a shoe in to win the division every year. They have seen more success than half the league has.
