SCBills Posted yesterday at 03:26 PM Posted yesterday at 03:26 PM Ravens increasingly looking like the Division is going to be their only shot at the Playoffs should they lose to the Rams on Sunday. Bengals will fall out of contention, but I see 6 teams with staying power (IND, BUF, LAC, KC, DEN, NE) plus the Texans who have the head to head against Baltimore and whatever JAX may be. Quote

DapperCam Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago It’s looking like 11-6 might be the cutoff this year for a wild card. 10-7 might get in, but you will likely be subject to tie breakers. 9-8 likely won’t get in. If Ravens lose to the Rams next week they will need to go 9-2 to even have a chance (then their only path will be beating the Steelers twice and hoping for the division). If the Chiefs lose to the Lions next week, they will need to go 8-3 the rest of the way to have a chance (or have to rely on the division). Bills can go 6-6 and possibly make it. 7-5 would probably be a sure thing to make it. 2 Quote

Lets go 5-7 but 8-4 in conference & 5-1 in division to finish 9-8. The ultimate put the bullet in the chamber in see what the end result is playoff situation lol, the tie breakers would be wild. Generic_Bills_Fan Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) Man the afc south really throwing a wrench in the wildcard path so far. Houston looks like they’re gonna climb into the race too it seemed impossible someone like the chiefs could miss a couple weeks ago but now I’m starting to see some paths Edited 2 hours ago by Generic_Bills_Fan 1 Quote

Sojourner Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Sucks for the Bengals, looks like a real shot if they had Burrow. Quote
SoTier Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago That both the Chiefs and Ravens might miss the playoffs really didn't seem possible even two weeks ago. The Ravens defense hasn't been nearly as good as everyone thought it would be before the season started, and the injuries have just about sunk them, especially to Lamar and Madubuike ... Lamar may not play again this week. Meanwhile, what the hell is up with the Chiefs???? They got up 14-0 early on, and then seemed to think they'd already won. Then the Chiefs had a INT in the end zone negated by a PI. They had a long KO return following the 99-yard pick six negated by a penalty. Butker kicks out of bounds after the Chiefs go-ahead TD to give Jax the ball at the 40. Then to put a cherry on top, Chris Jones just stands around watching Lawrence scramble into the EZ after falling twice! The Bills aren't the only team to play a clunker in a prime time night this week. Maybe it was the full Harvest Moon. Quote

Why do you think that? I think it will be like most years where 10 wins gives you a good shot to get in, especially with a lot of the top teams losing games already. 1 Quote

Their FO (and the HC for as much say as he has in personnel decisions) set that team up to fail because they didn't build a complete team. All they have is a excellent QB and a couple of great WRs. They have a crappy OL (and have had one for years), no running game to speak of, and a defense that's Trey Hendrickson and a lot of bodies. I feel for the Bengals fans. The Bills teams in the Drought Years were as mismanaged as the Bengals by an owner/FO that put maximizing profits ahead of winning football games. 1 Quote

This year, those wins are turning into losses. They just don't have the firepower anymore. Kelce is old, and he was the one big difference maker on offense. Mahomes seems to feel like all the pressure is on him, and it is. We'll see what Rice looks like when he comes back. Maybe he is what they need. But their defense hasn't been that great either. Quote

I just like how everyone in the media is talking about the penalties the chiefs had and that pi call at the end of the game. But there is crickets when it came to the clear pi that was not called on that Shakir play. Quote

Chris Jones feels like he’s slightly washed (by his normal standards) or phoning it in. I really wouldn’t be surprised if the bills ran all over these guys if he doesn’t turn it around Credit to karlaftis though who I always thought was massively overrated/ just capitalizing off playing with Chris jones. Feels like he’s stepped up but it’s not enough to offset jones going from incredible to average so far.. could def turn it around though it might just be an effort thing Quote
Buffalo Ballin Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Chris Jones, most likely, is injured. We can see him limping on that final Trevor Lawrence "Trippy TD" run. He's also 31 years old. Yeah, he's washed up, too. Edited 1 hour ago by Buffalo Ballin Quote

Not disputing that and wasn’t stating in anyway I felt bad either lol Mike Brown is awful as an owner for the exact reasons you’ve stated. It sucks, plain and simple. Merely pointing that out that they’ve missed a great opportunity with Burrow being out. Quote
